Karl Lagerfeld Paradise Bay ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 8 January 2015 3 Comments

Karl Lagerfeld Paradise Bay

Karl Lagerfeld will launch Paradise Bay, a new limited edition fragrance duo. The Paradise Bay scents are variations on the Karl Lagerfeld for Women and Karl Lagerfeld for Men scents introduced in 2014.

Paradise Bay for Women ~ Perfumers Serge Majoullier and Cecile Matton add an 'intensely fruity' twist to the original green floral; notes include lychee, pineapple, peach, jasmine, rose, magnolia, vanilla, musk and sandalwood. In 25 and 45 ml Eau de Parfum.

Paradise Bay for Men ~ Developed by perfumer Jean-Christophe Hérault; with violet leaves, bergamot, spearmint, apple, spicy berries, vetiver and cashmere wood. In 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

Karl Lagerfeld Paradise Bay will debut in March.

It’s a very strange non-Karl-seeming sort of project. Maybe it ties into to a cruisewear collection under his own brand name?

Sort of Odeur de Yacht du Jour for the person who needs to distinguish her yacht from all the other ones in the marina, you mean? In case they run out of fruit baskets?
I like the name….but it seems like they aren’t sure in which hemisphere Paradise Bay might be…
