Cartier La Panthere Legere ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 2 January 2015 10 Comments

Cartier La Panthère Eau de Parfum Légère

Cartier will launch La Panthère Eau de Parfum Légère, a new variation on 2014's La Panthère fragrance for women.

A captivating fragrance revealing a free and passionate woman. A feline floral fragrance combining a radiant, delicate gardenia and velvety notes of musk. The luminous La Panthère Eau de Parfum Légère unveils a new facet of the original chypre-gardenia-musk accord. A floral felinity illuminated by tiaré flower notes.

Cartier La Panthère Eau de Parfum Légère is available now for pre-order at Bloomingdales, in 50 ($100) and 75 ($128) ml.

I really liked La Panthere, so I might be game to try this.

I will give it a shot. I like that bottle even better…

I have samples of both; I like La Panthere much better, but then I do not care for tiare flower.

Despite the gorgeous bottle, I ignored the original because of the gardenia. However, if this one has tiaré instead, then Cartier has my attention!

I do not read it as “instead”, but worth a shot! The original had so little gardenia anyway that it was hardly worth ignoring on that score.

I think it is “both,” not “instead.”

Got this one today! They got rid of the fruity/scary/weird opening of the original. It’s just flowers, and I love it! Haha! And hello bottle lust! I’m a very happy camper. : D

Thanks! I got a little booklet with my bottle, and they’re calling it a “sun-kissed” version, and that’s pretty much what it is. It’s a beachy white floral. Nothing new, but still pretty. Hope you enjoy it Robin!

I did not see it on my last mall run, but I will get to it eventually!
