Sonoma Scent Studio Amber Incense ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 7 November 2014 9 Comments

Sonoma Scent Studio Amber Incense

Indie line Sonoma Scent Studio will launch Amber Incense, a new natural fragrance. The brand's last release was Yin and Ylang.

Amber Incense is a woodsy incense for lovers of natural perfumes. A long-lasting frankincense note runs through the entire scent while warm woodsy and ambery base notes gently ground it. Spices and florals round out the heart. Soft sillage but excellent lasting power for an all natural. Formulated in organic natural grain alcohol.

[...] I really enjoyed working on this scent because I wanted to create a natural incense without the synthetic ambers, woods and musks that are the mainstays in most incense fragrances. Despite the all-natural formula, I wanted good lasting power; a co-distillation of frankincense with cedar helps create a long-lasting incense note that extends into the base.

Notes include elemi, Sichuan pepper, ginger, cinnamon, clove , rose, jasmine, beeswax, frankincense, cedar, sandalwood, labdanum, oakmoss, patchouli, heliotrope, hay, benzoin and vanilla.

Sonoma Scent Studio Amber Incense will be available in 5, 17 and 34 ml.

If only this line were available outside the States. There are a few I’d like to try and the price is right.

Another fan of Sonoma Scent Studio, here. Incense Pure is gorgeous. I also appreciate the personal customer service SSS provides – there’s always been a cordial handwritten thank you in my orders.
