Guerlain has launched Mademoiselle Guerlain, a new addition to their limited distribution Les Parisiennes collection. Mademoiselle Guerlain is a reissue of the 2011 version of La Petite Robe Noire, aka La Petite Robe Noire 2. It is not connected to the current bestseller La Petite Robe Noire (which is really version 3, and launched in 2012).
Mademoiselle Guerlain is styled as having 'all the charm and impertinence of a Parisian girl'; the green floral fragrance centers on an iris-marshmallow accord. Additional notes include galbanum, bergamot, lemon, orange blossom, vanilla and white musk.
Guerlain Mademoiselle Guerlain is available in 125 ml Eau de Parfum, €200.
Does it come with a scorecard? I’m losing track with all these versions.
Notably, they do *not* mention LPRN in the description on their website, I assume because it’s all too confusing.
Pretty bottle and pretty notes. Hope it smells just as pretty.
Hope you’ll like it!
I have a bottle of LPRN Modele 2. It is my favorite of the LPRN fragrances. Nice to see they’re bringing it back!
It wasn’t this expensive when you bought it though, was it? I was a bit surprised by the price.
That’s presumably why Guerlain is avoiding mention of LPRN in connection with the new release. Same perfume in fancy bottle and at an inflated price. Harrumph !
Although now I look again LPRN 2 was always expensive – $150 for 50mls. Hmmmmm … perhaps I should take back my Harrumph.
Wow. Did not remember it was that much. Thanks!
Marshmallow, vanilla and white musk? Wow. I. am. excited. and. stuff. Bottle would look prettier without that fuchsia ribbon on it.
k, don’t read so good…this is a reissue of LPRN 2..did they change the notes at all? scuze me for bein eelliterate. Alls I saws was marshamello and got a bit kooky.
If they changed it, they’re not saying.
