Perfumista fun, even if it's not perfume...The Essential Scratch and Sniff Guide to Becoming a Wine Expert: Take a Whiff of That: "Richard Betts is one of fewer than two hundred master sommeliers in the world, but he’s no wine snob and he hates wine-speak. In the first book of its kind, he helps readers scratch and sniff their way to expertise by introducing the basic components of wine—the fruits, the wood, the earth—enabling anyone to discover the difference between a Syrah and a Sangiovese and get the glass they love every time. Humorously illustrated, with 16 scents, this irresistible gift puts the fun back in wine fundamentals." About $12 at Amazon.
Thank you Robin for recommending my Winter Holiday Shopping Guide about perfumes in travel-friendly sizes.
De nada 🙂
The Abahna lilac, rose, and geranium perfume sounds interesting. I can’t find any reviews. Has anyone tried it?
I haven’t, sorry! But have liked some Abahna bath products.
The Sikkim Girls set is cute!
Has anyone used the L’Occitaine lip balm? I had one of the tinted ones in a tin and never managed to make it a habit to use it. So far only Badger lip balm has actually been effective for me but I need a change. The Rosebud Perfume ones look tempting but I have seen quite contradictory reviews of them. Any experience with these?
Another reader liked the L’Occitane balms…see 1st comment here:

I will probably buy the violet one next time I’m in a mall. I mostly use Weleda Everon or straight-up shea butter, which admittedly doesn’t taste all that great.
The reviews on the Weleda are great! I will look out for this one:)
Oh, and thanks for the link! I will try the L’occitane at some point.
I like the Merry Hempsters lip balm even better than the Badger, although I wish more companies would include a barrier sunscreen option the way Badger does.
That wine thing looks like fun! It just went on my wish list. Way more economical than the Nez du Vin set (http://www.winearomas.com/?gclid=CLv88LHFrrsCFe5j7AoddUgAYw).
Wow, but those look like great fun!
