More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US.
From Lalique, the 2014 limited edition of Lalique de Lalique, Deux Paons (Two Peacocks). $1800 for 100 ml Parfum at Lalique. Also available in 85 ml with a darker front panel. You can see all of the Lalique de Lalique limited edition bottles from 1994 through 2014 here.
From Viktor & Rolf, the Flowerbomb Crystal Edition for Holiday 2013. $120 at Macy's.
From Parfums d'Orsay, a special edition of Le Dandy: "On occasion of the 90th anniversary of its mythical fragrance Le Dandy, it has decided to create an Edition Prestige celebrating his creator’s talent in the art of sculpturing." 90 bottles were made, €479 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum Intense at Essenza Nobile in Germany.
From Lise Watier, the Neiges 20th Anniversary Edition, with "...50 ml Eau de parfum in a luxurious, decorated bottle with push applicator. Removable Swarovski crystal jewel for a necklace, bracelet or key chain. 50 ml refill." $99 at Sears in Canada.
Gosh, I really don’t like bows or bow ties on bottles.
Lalique is nice as usual. Though, the peacock heads on top bug me for some reason but at least is much better than bow ties!
It is not my favorite of the Lalique LEs, but it’s darned nice. I’d take one if somebody gave it to me 🙂
The price bugs me more — oof!
It’s not cheap. No idea if it’s in line with the others in this series, I haven’t kept track. I do know they’re never cheap!
