Gucci will launch Gucci Flora 1966, a new fragrance for women. Flora 1966 is a flanker to 2009′s Gucci Flora, and like that scent was inspired by the brand's “iconic floral print Flora”, first used on a Gucci scarf created in 1966 for Princess Grace. It follows the recent flanker collection Flora by Gucci The Garden.
The notes for the floral chypre feature bergamot, Bourbon pepper, peony, rose, patchouli, vetiver and musk.
Gucci Flora 1966 will be available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum; look for it to launch in May.

Not really feeling the notes (although I think the original Flora in EDP is a perfectly decent scent) but like the packaging.
The notes seem almost at odd with the packaging, although perhaps I am thinking that just because I’ve smelled original Flora. And The Garden. None of those can stand up to opaque black.
Too bad as patcholi & I don’t go well together but I can’ wait to test it out in the store at least. I tried eau fraiche & fell head over heals with it.
If it’s anything like Flora, the patch will be clean and quiet.
fingers crossed waiting for this one then 😉
i love the pouch, but wish there were some moss in the base.
Gyaaaa! That’s an awful promo photo. Looks like a bug.
The flacon looks amazing…but in some pont reminds me of the Coco Noir flacon. The notes sounds boring and I haven’t loved anything from Gucci, besides Envy.
Ohhhh. I’ll test it in passing but I don’t know if I’ll go on a search for it. Love Grace Kelly, though
Nice pouch.
Definitely want to smell this, since I was born in 1966. 🙂
