Bobbi Brown Bed ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 1 August 2012 11 Comments

Bobbi Brown Bed perfume oil

Cosmetics line Bobbi Brown has launched Bobbi Brown Bed, a new limited edition fragrance for women:

Nothing says sexy like skin lightly scented with a warm fragrance oil.  Rich and sensual without being overpowering, Bobbi’s newest scent, Bed Perfume Oil combines notes of neroli, orange flower and jasmine. Adding to its appeal is the precious glass perfume vial that it comes in—one inspired by Bobbi’s love for antique bottles.

Bobbi Brown Bed is $70 for 6.7 ml Perfume Oil.

Antique bottles? Antique poison vials, more like. I like the combination of the notes, even though they’re kind of conventional.

Agree, doesn’t sound very adventurous — I guess that’s reasonable for a bed-time fragrance? Still, I like the notes & want to try it.

It does sound nice as a bedtime perfume. I’ve still got to try Bobbi’s Party. Oh, these limited editions…

This sounds appealing, like a nice easy sleep or under the weather scent. And I love antique poison bottles- would love to see more perfume bottles modelled on them.

I am not familiar w/ antique poison bottles at all…

I expected notes of three varieties of cat dander and a touch of mint from flavored dental floss, with a drydown to the ink of the NYT.
Or, maybe that is just my bed.

The notes do sound nice, if not exciting. And it’s pricey for the amount – but yes, I still want to find and try it!

They are calling it an “online exclusive”. Not sure exactly what that means, but might mean you can only buy it at their website.
