Hanae Mori Eau de Collection No. 7 ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 12 July 2012 7 Comments

Hanae Mori Eau de Collection No. 7

Hanae Mori has launched Hanae Mori No. 7, the sixth fragrance in the limited edition Eau de Collection range (they skipped No. 5):

The season’s most luscious creation from France is a perfume inspired by Paris desserts and confections -- and the pleasing, indulgent satisfaction they provide. Aroma of fresh fruit, a daring hint of French pastry and the charm of exotic flowers are all to be found in new Hanae Mori No. 7, the last in our limited-edition Eau de Collection series and a guilt-free gourmand indulgence every woman will savor. Hanae Mori No. 7 is delightfully pink and pretty, with a beautiful mission. It honors breast cancer awareness with a swatch of pink organza inside its crystal cap. In October, part of proceeds from US sales of Hanae Mori No. 7 will benefit the National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund.

Notes include pomelo, raspberry, orange marmalade, peony, jasmine, plumeria, musk, sandalwood and vanilla frosting.

Hanae Mori Eau de Collection No. 7 is available in in 100 ml Eau de Toilette, $95.

Missed this one whilst scent testing in Mitsukoshi. I also ran out of free skin-space to test. Well, can’t do everything! This sounds like something my daughter might like.

It sounds very sweet/gourmand, which I think is mostly what they do.

I actually really loved the first in this series and have heard good things about no. 4 as well. I’m looking forward to trying this one too, though probably not at this price point.

I don’t know if these end up at discount or not, but they ought to.
