Thymes Garden Alchemy collection ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 22 May 2012 7 Comments

Thymes Lemon Geranium Petite Cologne

Thymes has launched Garden Alchemy, a new trio of fragrances (Lemon Geranium, Rosemary Sage and Wild Angelica) "where perfumery meets botany in a lush, intoxicating sensory expression".

Lemon Geranium (shown) ~ a citrus fragrance; "...freshly pulped lemon geranium, clippings of dewy muguet, honeysuckle and green armoise, steeped in Tonka bean and tree moss."

Rosemary Sage ~ an aromatic fragrance; "...freshly snipped hawthorn leaves muddled with purple clary sage petals, rosemary sprigs, birchwood and cedar essential oils."

Wild Angelica ~ a green fragrance; "...fresh, fragrant distillations of green ivy, red magnolia blossoms, wild angelica, verdant galbanum and dusky violet petals."

The Thymes Garden Alchemy fragrances are available in 12 ml Petite Cologne (shown above, $18), in 95 ml Mist for Body & Bed ($30), and in a variety of bath, body and home fragrance products.

What a lovely black & white pattern it has!

I like the pattern and love the price. Would like to sniff them. They sound nice for home fragrances but not sure if they are something I’d wear.

It is cute. Several gift stores near me carry this brand.

I am torn between loving that pattern and thinking it is too too. I’ll have to see in real life. Lemon Geranium and Wild Angelica sound most interesting -I would love for them to be good as they are nice and cheap!

      It’s a tiny little bottle — probably wouldn’t overwhelm.

*perks up* I can’t think of any other angelica-centric scents that are cheapies. This is intriguing.

I absolutely love Thymes, specifically, Azur. It’s like my fave aquatic scent ever. The Azur shampoo, conditioner..and they had these Azur stress relieving drops, I don’t know what happened to those. Perhaps sadly discontinued. But amazing. I feel like I am right by the sea when I smell Azur. Nice, cause I am in the desert!:D.
