Kenzo Amour I Love U

Kenzo has launched Amour I Love U, a new travel-retail-exclusive flanker to 2006's Kenzo Amour.

Imagine if you had all these different Amour bottles – how beautiful would they look together on display?

Amour and Amour IH are two of my favorite casual go-to perfumes. This looks really interesting, especially with the grapefruit note up top. If it is the listed notes mixed with the milky rice note, I so have to try it. And I love the idea of the other notes together as well, even if I’m not wild about the name.

Yes, if it is a true flanker–a variation on Amour–then I might be interested. Such a cozy, friendly scent.

You know, it sounds (and looks) more like a variation on Amour Eau Florale….so a flanker of a flanker? And not sure how close Eau Florale was to the regular Amour.

Where does the “travel” part of this apply?

Gorgeous bottle, but grapefruit and violet are deal-breakers for me.

Love the bottles, love many Kenzo scents but grapefruit and violet together? Can’t see that working, but then I’m a prof not a perfumer.

I saw this at Sephora (Seattle) this weekend so I assume it changed from travel exclusive to regular release. To me, it smelled light, fruity floral (reminding me of Eclat D’Arpege in feel), kinda like a nice hand lotion.
