Charriol Show-off ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 27 February 2012 7 Comments

Charriol Show-off

Swiss luxury jewelry and watch brand Charriol has launched Show-off, a new woody fruity floral fragrance for women:

SHOW-OFF, the new Eau de Toilette pour Femme, unveils the charm and beauty of women for all to see. It embodies the very heart of the Charriol image by highlighting the sunny, glowing aura of women, with a trail that emphasizes and diffuses the radiance.

The notes feature blackcurrant, peach, violet, lotus blossom, rose, amber, musk and cedar.

Charriol Show-off is available in 30 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette.

It’s possibly quite irrational, but I have a downer on perfumes that are mauve, ever since that disappointing SJP flanker whose name I have managed to forget. And blackcurrant, violet and peach aren’t my favourite note combo tbh. Pretty bottle (if it wasn’t mauve…)

I think you’re thinking of Covet Pure Bloom.

That pretty Chariol bottle comes in other colors, with other contents — I know there’s a gold one and a turquoise, and I think maybe pink and green too. I haven’t tried any of the scents and have no idea whether they’re any good.

        It’s true — it’s their standard bottle.

I think of mauve as a more dusty pinkish purple….
