Handbag & accessories designer Judith Leiber has launched Amethyst, a new fragrance for women:
A magnificent floral fragrance featuring clean top notes of lychee, bergamot and boysenberry and mid notes of magnolia, lily of the valley, linden blossom and sheer gardenia. Base notes of amber, musk and creamy woods bring a layer of warmth to the scent.
Amethyst was developed by perfumer Ilias Ermenidis.
Judith Leiber Amethyst is available in 40 or 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

Gotta admit it is not my taste, esp. now that I’ve seen her bottles in person — but I think it’s a perfect fit with her audience.
It’s not my taste, either. But I still think it’s nice. I prefere white or black glass.

Other than the lychee and boysenberry, this list of notes sounds very promising. Her scents overall have not worked for me, but there’s always hope….This might be the only Judith Leiber I’ll ever be able to afford!
