Posted by Robin on 31 January 2012 21 Comments

Nobile 1942 Le Petit Chocolatier

Italian niche line Nobile 1942 has launched Le Petit Chocolatier, a new trio of cocoa-based fragrances that can be worn alone or layered.

I - Confiture ~ "The fruitiest of the collection, Confiture is like dipping a juicy orange slice into a pot of creamy chocolate fondue, then topping it off with a slice of peach and a dollop of honey." With tangerine, bergamot, honey, peach, candied orange peel, chocolate, vanilla, heliotrope, white moss and sandalwood.

II - Praline ~ "Praline is cuddling at its purest - wear this in your softest sweater for the ultimate cozy experience." With peach, coconut, heliotrope, praline, chocolate, vanilla, tonka bean, amber, patchouli and sandalwood.

III - Noir Intense ~ "Chocolate at its most pure, rich, and tantalizing, Noir Intense is an absolute must for chocolate lovers." With chocolate, heliotrope, coconut, amber, vanilla, tonka bean, white moss and sandalwood.

The Nobile 1942 Le Petit Chocolatier is sold in a coffret of three 30 ml bottles, $90 at Luckyscent.

Yes, they sound so yummy, I would happily dip myself in one of them, if I liked sweet fragrances.

Ditto…was already thinking about chocolate today.

(New Vosges Banana Victoria bar is quite good, in case anyone was wondering)

    Great!
It takes all of my self-control not to eat my Godiva candles, now these.
Fortunately, a really good chocolate bar is still cheaper.

I love this line, and would love to try these. Although, I’m not sure I want to walk around smelling like one of Robin’s gourmet chocolate bars!

Oh, just buy them. I’m likely going to. I SWORE that I wouldn’t buy anything all year (or until I’ve worn all my samples at least once), and here we are not even a month gone and I’m probably going to have to own these. Dammit.

Oh my…I am frantically trying to remember my New Year’s resolutions…; however, these are too delicious to pass up so I just bought blind. 30ml (with little voice saying x3) doesn’t count as FS, does it?

Just not into chocolate scents- they just seem unnecessary, but I sure like those bottles. (Bottle tart lemming)

an Evelyn & Crabtree chocolate/orange body lotion I eventually gave away, makes me a little cautious. Amazing, at first, but started making me feel a bit ill.

Absolutely ADORABLE! The little bottles would be so cute just as a dressing table decoration. Tempted…
