Is “crash and burn” really a good way to sell cologne to men? Can’t watch the video (I’m at work,) just going by the story…

That’s a new version of the story on me: I’ve never thought of Icarus as a tightrope walker. Wonder what notes are in it – singed feather, melted wax, and an undertone of hubris?
As so frequently happens w/ perfume, they are picking & choosing the elements of the story that they think might help sell fragrance, although as you point out, here they’re also missing the main point.
