I love Jimmy Fallon.
I find him so hilarious. It’s the way he does barely-contained-incredulousness that gets me. Like, he’s always giving absurdity a chance to prove itself and even if it can’t, he’s too polite to mock it. So funny.

Awesome! My esteem of Beiber just rose by several times over! (not that it would take much!)
I can’t say a single other thing about him, but he DOES seem to have the ability to laugh at himself. The only places I’ve seen him have been comedy skits (SNL, etc.) making fun of him, and he’s been a really good sport. That said, I’m still actively avoiding the day when I have to hear his music. (And this was too creepy to be funny, for me. I’ve always hated whispering.)
Sadly, I feel that as a middle school teacher it is part of my job requirements to have some basic familiarity with Justin Beiber. This is in addition to suffering my way through 3 of the twilight books and Transformers the Movie! Don’t I show dedication? 🙂

OMG – I know what you mean! I’m a library director, and I sometime have to dip my toe in current culture so I know what’s going on. I watched Twilight with my husband a few months ago (finally) and laughed the whole way through it. I was craving much “Lost Boys” by the time it was over. …. Someday….

I remember when this perfume was first announced on NST. The Biebs caught a lot of snarky comments for coming out with a perfume. I have a 14 year old daughter, so I am quite knowledgeable on the music and life of JB, and sat through both versions of his movie. He really seems to have a genuine talent, and good heart. I was a little sad that the perfume got such a negative reaction on here. And, yes, I am also a willing participant in the banter when any new celebrity releases a scent…just sensitive since our household is full of Bieber fever. :-). Anyhoo…. I obviously had to buy this for my daughter today, and was informed by the SA at Sephora that 100% of the proceeds from this perfume goes to a children’s charity. He does not make one penny off of it. So…. If some people do not appreciate his talent, perhaps they can appreciate a teenager who may not be as greedy as the rest.
