Elizabeth Arden has launched Green Tea Camellia, a new flanker for 1999′s Green Tea fragrance for women:
Renowned for its rare beauty and revered for its use in the traditional tea ceremony, the Camellia brings an intriguing floral scent and exotic intrigue to the crisp freshness of the original Green Tea fragrance. Inspired by Ikebana, the ancient art of Japanese flower arrangement, this luxurious fragrance reveals the delicate grace of a single perfect blossom as it unfolds petal by petal.
The notes include bergamot, yuzu, lemon, green tea, plum, camellia, peony, magnolia, jasmine, mandarin blossom, musk, birch, moss and sweet spices.
Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Camellia is available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette, $39. (via shop.elizabetharden, additional information via derinmor)
This sounds both pleasant and affordable. Since i love tea scents, I’ll certainly try it when I see it!
I meant to try the lavender when it came out and never got around to it…will see if I can try both of them this year (looks like the lavender is still on the market).
Love lavendar scents…I think I will be trying out both very soon as these are in the “free category” aren’t they? “wink-wink, nudge- nudge”. At least that will be my story to DH and the pocketbook. LOL!
Absolutely! Cheaper than free!
The lavender is lovely…I find it to be a nice after-shower refresher.
I thought I read somewhere that most species of camellia – the white one being the signature flower of Coco Chanel – were scentless?
Most, but some are scented, and I know they’ve done headspace on some of them.
Ooh. This sounds like it could be quite nice. Will have to put it on my to-sniff list. =)
Has anyone noticed that the the bottle is similar to L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme??? Nice “update” though.
It sounds like it could be lovely for the warm weather, and the price is right.
