Clean Cotton T-Shirt ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 25 March 2011 18 Comments

Clean Cotton T-shirt

Clean has launched Cotton T-Shirt, a new fragrance:

This airy light scent is an easy, feel-good favorite. Clean Cotton T-Shirt blends the crisp notes of Bergamot and the fluffy notes of Cotton Flower to create a fresh and simple scent that captures the appeal of the iconic tee. Teasing traces of Rosewood and Warm Musk add a familiar warmth, just like the boyfriend tee shirt you love to steal. Light, pure, universally loveable.

Clean Cotton T-Shirt is available now at Ulta, in 30 ($38) or 65 ($69) ml Eau de Parfum. (via ulta)

I can see how this could be very appealing. A nice Saturday errand kind of a scent.

Uh-oh, they seem to have multiple clean, cotton, fresh laundry towel scents. How is one to distinguish them?

It’s their specialty. No idea, but would think this would be close to Warm Cotton or Summer Linen.

I always want to like these – I’ve owned one ro two – but they tend to dry down screechy on me. Not sure why. I’ll probably stick to Philosophy’s Grace line when I want to smell freshly laundered.

LOL I am a Clean girl with Phisophy it tend to be sticky on my but I adore their 3 in one and lotions the Clean ones are like watered down and the lotions don’t carry so much scent.

Same here – I always think these will work for me but they never do. Even for a white tshirt scent they’re just not special enough.

I don’t even want to like them — that makes it easy, LOL…

But if you want to smell freshly laundered, why not just rub yourself with a fabric softener sheet? 😉

Wouldn’t that be like rolling around in incense ash, because one wants to smell like incense?

Hey, how about an incense-scented dryer sheet?

Sorry, this is the line of fragrance that brings out the disdainful fragrance snob in me. 😛

I kind of love the idea of the Clean fragrances, but I mostly hate their execution. And for some reason Clean Shower Fresh smelled like fresh mulch and BO on a terribly humid day in the midwest with a smidge of candy hearts on me. =/

Wow! I like the smell of fresh mulch (a la Demeter’s Dirt) but the rest and in combination….just, wow. lol Replusive but also kinda makes me want to smell it now. 😛

I’m with belletrist9. I like the IDEA…but I found their fragrances so strong…still hoping Clinique will bring back Tailoring for Men…a nice “clean” fragrance from years ago. I think that was the second fragrance I ever bought…Polo was the first…everyone was buying Polo in those days.
