Splendid bottle, on the left! But almost ever Mugler is a scrubber on my skin…

Yeah, I’ve only tried the original Angel, and I didn’t like it at all. But maybe it’s just my skin.

The Alien is really pretty in those colors.

Just tried them tonight. That Alien bottle is a STUNNER in person! They smell pretty much just like last years. I would not mind owning that Alien bottle. : )

I have Alien, the 30ml refillable.
I think it’s quite normal compared to Angel, which I am still undecided whether to buy it or not 😐

I was recently thinking about wearing Alien in the summer, it feels pretty daring to have it on in the heat. I forgot they bring summer editions out. that Alien bottle is amazing, I’ll have to get it, I was already planning on buying Estee Lauder bronze goddess for this summer which will no doubt come in a mack off bottle, oh well.

I sniffed the bottles of Michael Kors Hollywood aswell which I think are summer scents, they brought out an edt bottle which is covered in glitter.

it apparently took TM’s team 2years to design the bottle for Angel before it first launched, I admire it. but I don’t like those summer bottles of Angel, even less than the juice! the summer editions of Angel are the only things that I have found too sweet, and I love sweet so it would probably kill half the people on NST. so I wouldn’t recommend sniffing the summer Angels, though I will just out of curiosity ;).

Owen, the Mugler line seems to bring about deep indecision for you! Did you ever decide about Wombat?

I know 🙁 it’s a shame. well I actually do love Angel, it’s just I’ve been testing it A LOT before I buy so now I can’t smell all of it. I should just go out and buy a bottle really.

I am undecided about Alien though. I went through a phase where I was obsessed with it. so that clouded my judgement when I came to buy it. it’s the refillable gift set and was in the sale half price at ÂŁ38 it came with the 60ml refill. so I’m going to have trouble using it up.

I used to wear it for bed just to use it up. I have trouble getting to sleep on a night and Alien definitley sent me off. but it made me dream, like the slightly wacky ones and they were really vivid. they weren’t always good dreams so now I sleep without perfume.

also in the day, Alien puts me in a mood so I’ll snap at someone when they say hello, that was in autumn, winter it’s ok but my mood still wasn’t great. but in the summer it’s fine. you could Alien releases my alter ego ;).

the 60ml refill bottle of Alein is unopened if anybody wants it. they have the “source” in Debenhams now where you can go and fill your bottle up from a kind of tap thing so I’m not going to miss it.

I haven’t smelled Alien very much, but I meant Womanity! You said you were undecided before. I changed my mind about it too- I was sure I was going to buy a bottle but I got a sample first, and now I can barely stand it.

oh yes I remember now. yes I am the same with it! I loved it at first, now I can’t smell it(like everything else I like). I sprayed my 10ml on skin & there was nothing there, so I sprayed it on a sheet of paper then left my room, came back later and it filled the room and I could smell it, I have definitley gone off it.

it’s been ages since I last smelled though so I thought I’d have forgotten about it, but no. I must not like it if my brain doesn’t want to register it :L.

btw I tried this year’s summer Alien today. it’s just like normal Alien but quiet, more of the solar feeling, and it’s sweet too.

I keep trying to like this line. The bottles are scrumptious, but I’ve yet to try a fragrance of theirs that didn’t make me run for the nearest washstand. I usually don’t contemplate buying empty bottles just for the glass, but Alien may make me change my mind. They would look great in my curio cabinet. (In between the lucite purses and the meteorites 🙂 )

The only Mugler I wholeheartedly love is the Cologne…that’s enough for me.

I haven’t tried the Cologne in years. I really do wish I paid more attention to it. I know it’s still around but it isn’t at any Nordies or Macys near me anymore. Bummer. : (
