Lucy B Royal Collection ~ new perfumes

Posted by Robin on 20 November 2010 13 Comments

Lucy B Royal Green Fig and Vanilla Woods perfume

Lucy B has launched the Royal Collection, a new trio of perfumes "inspired by the natural beauty of Australia":

Royal Green Fig and Vanilla Woods (shown) ~ "a warm, sensual and woody scent with top notes of fresh green fig and pepper."

Royal Egyptian Amber and Honeysuckle ~ "a deep and exotic scent with top notes of honeysuckle and peach with a heart of jasmine flowers and amber."

Royal Water Lotus and Vanilla Musk ~ "a dreamy and tender oriental scent with top notes of lotus and watery musk and a heart of rose petals and amber."

The Lucy B Royal Collection can be found now at Urban Outfitters, $26 each for 50 ml Eau de Parfum. (via urbanoutfitters)

Update: oops, there's a fourth perfume, Royal Peony Rose and Mandarin Musk, "...a delicate and soft musky rose & mandarin scent with top notes of mandarin & tangerine a heart of pink peony and base of delicate camellia flowers." (via lucybcosmetics)

Attractively priced, and the pictured bottle is attractive, so. . . maybe I will actually stop and check out Urban Outfitters some time.

Their online perfume selection is quite interesting. Don’t know if they have all this stuff in their stores though…might be like Anthropologie where there’s way more online than in-store.

I am very surprised by their selection – I don’t ever recall there being perfume at UO. About half of them say “online only.”

I agree! I was at one of their stores last month on my US vacation, and it never even crossed my mind that they had perfumes!

Goodness – that price makes these a ‘must sniff’! I agree about the bottle too – adorable.

Royal Green Fig and Vanilla Woods sounds amazing! Must try. Urban Outfitters (who I used to work for a LONG time ago) is becoming quite the beauty and fragrance hub. Back when I worked there, we had the old Urban Decay line and a few other things, it was sparse.

No. I tried the first few, and thought as you did that they were fine for the $, but beyond that didn’t think they were that interesting.

They have free shipping right now, and free returns — I guess they realize that buying perfume unsniffed is a hard sell.

These are so cute, I’m tempted to buy them just for the bottles!
