Loewe L Loewe ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 5 May 2010 12 Comments

L Loewe perfume

Loewe will launch L Loewe, a new fragrance for women, and no relationship to their now-discontinued debut fragrance, 1972's L de Loewe.

The new L Loewe is, like the flowers, an exquisite fragrance that reveals a delicate and romantic essence.

L Loewe, is the natural, fresh and radiant femininity

L Loewe is a most natural smile

L Loewe is the most passionate kiss

It is the skin, the essence, the body, the mind…

It is the touch, the sense, the impetus, the energy…

L Loewe is Loewe femininity

The notes include bergamot, tangerine, cassis, neroli, freesia, white peach, peony, violet, carnation, musk and sandalwood.

L Loewe will be available in 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette. (via tfwa)

I guess the white peach will ruin it for me.

It seems that feminity is a must this year in perfumes and press notes.

You never know…the peach could be hardly noticeable.

I was just looking up this perfume house for more information. It seems their past releases have had some really interesting bottles like the 2009 Aire Loco one. Did anyone see the the advertising for that one which featured “a model spying on men through a peep hole and licking champagne off her body”? Was it funny or sexy? Was it meant to be funny? 🙂

I think the spot was meant to be sexy, but I didn’t like it very much.
The juice, however, was quite good. I got something like sweet tangerine on top (not listed) and it seemed longlasting. I’ll have to try it again.

I checked the ad, thanks for the suggestion. I found it actually rather funny than sexy. however, the best part was, when in the ad the scent was sprayed in the room, I could actually smell a scent I never met before. my scentual imagination is improving….

I’d agree with funny over sexy…

This is available here in Russia for a year. Very very generic floral scent with no character and longevity.

It sounds lovely, but I’ve learned not to let the list of notes in a scent sway me one way or the other. I’ll have to try a sample when I find it, just to see.
