Loewe Aire Loco ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 8 September 2009 21 Comments

Aire Loco perfume by LoeweLoewe will launch Aire Loco, a new fresh floral perfume for women, this month. The name is a play on the 1985 Aire Loewe fragrance, and the advertising will feature "a model spying on men through a peep hole and licking champagne off her body".

Aire Loco was developed by perfumers Carlos Benaïm and Yves Cassar, and the notes include bergamot, magnolia, red pepper, yellow freesia, passion fruit, rose, jasmine, orange blossom, patchouli, vanilla, cedar and cardamom.

Loewe Aire Loco will be available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette. (via cosmeticsinternational, ar-revista)

She’s going to lick the champagne off of herself, while spying on men through a peephole? I’m having a hard time picturing this ad – whatever model they get is going to have to be awfully flexible, unless she’s licking champagne off of her arm.

I’m not sure she’s doing both at once, we’ll have to see, LOL…. Hope it will be fun & not sexy. Tired of commercials trying to be sexy.

I would say there’s nothing sexy about spying on men through a peephole or licking champagne off oneself. But maybe that’s just me?

LOL..but it could be fun, if done the right way. We’ll have to wait & see.

Could be fun — or really, really skeevy.

            Exactly.

Ha Ha R that makes it sound like you’re going to try looking through a peephole at men while licking champagne off yourself!

LOL…I am fresh out of champagne (and peep holes) so not likely!

And why would anyone want to lick champagne off of oneself?? It kills the bubbles!
If it was a man licking anything off of himself while watching women through a peephole the reaction would be a general Eeeeeeeewwww! Perv!
Yet someone decided that having it the other way around would make a good ad for a frag…. Oh well!

I guess if you slurp quickly enough you can get a bubble or two. …eeewww… 😀

Agree, but we’ll have to see how it’s done. Could be fun, could be ridiculous, could be distasteful.

I’m hoping the advertisement is more artistic than it sounds.

    Those wacky Espaniards!

I think I like the look of the bottle, although I keep changing my mind. Having an indecisive day today!

For once, it’s red pepper instead of pink. Amazing. The ad sounds silly, but the juice looks at least sample worthy.

Ahhh, of course! Finally! A perfume for voyeur contortionists with tongues like giraffes. Where was the editor when this stuff was written?
