Terranova Peony Bliss ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 13 February 2009 7 Comments

Terranova Peony Bliss fragranceTerranova has launched Peony Bliss, a new fragrance for women:

The sublime beauty of bursting blooms is captured in TerraNova's Peony Bliss scent that celebrates the modern woman who inspires romance, happiness and confidence.

Alive with modern femininity, this flirtatious bouquet of velvety peony sensually entwines delicate violet leaf, wild Tuscan iris and mouthwatering honeycrisp apple. Joyful, passionate and spontaneous.

Terranova Peony Bliss is available in 10 ml Perfume Essence roll-on or 50 ml Cologne Mist. (via terranovabody)

Other recent launches from Terranova: Lime Blossom & Jasmine.

I think for 09', peony violet leaf, iris and apple are going to be popular!

I wear a few of Terra Nova's scents when I want something light and clean. Their Rain and Waves scents are wonderful.

I am such a newbie! I've never heard of Terranova—so of course I have to go to their site and look at the smelly goodies to be had—it all looks so good—deciding is going to be a problem!

I'm so darn sick of winter, cold, wind and well, COLD that I'm seriously ready for some nice summery scents…gives me hope during these dark days of winter…and did I mention COLD ?

Agree, they do a good job on “light & clean”.

But if apple is still in for 09 (and I think you're right that it is) I object ;-)

They're a small company, no reason you should have heard of them necessarily…I think they're best known for Rain. Most of the line is (as SFElizabeth said above) pretty clean.

I second that. Not a huge fan of the apple in my scents…..

“Terranova” has always released pleasant-enough scents. The drive to capture newly-expanding Asian markets is evident everywhere–most strikingly, in fragrance. There have been so many variations on Kenzo's “Amour” (rice “steam”, frangipani, peony, etc…)

Makes sense to follow the money — there certainly isn't enough of it here!
