Profumum Dambrosia ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 13 August 2008 11 Comments

Profumum Dambrosia perfumeItalian niche line Profumum has launched Dambrosia, a new fragrance for women:

The opening is a soft symphony of pear and almond that’s not as sweet as it sounds…it’s really quite elegant and reserved. As the green fig and warm sandalwood unveil themselves, Dambrosia swells to a full orchestra of layered notes that glide effortlessly to a long, lanquid finish...

Profumum Dambrosia is available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum, and can be found now at Luckyscent.

I don't know about the sandalwood, it does strange things on my skin, but I always like to check out fig frags!

I do too — although hope they're right that this one isn't as sweet as it sounds.

Oh I wish I could have this for dessert tonight! Seriously, though, I agree that it could be wonderful if it isn't too sweet.

OUCH! Just looked at the price. Both price and size are daunting.

Pear? Almond? Fig? Sandalwood? Not sweet?

This sounds either delicious or like a dessert-y nightmare. I hear a decant calling.

Good lord I nearly fell off the chair when I saw the price. Whew! A decant is probably the best way to go on this one.
