The Body Shop Apple Blossom perfume

The Body Shop has launched a new limited edition fragrance, Apple Blossom:

A delicious, fruity green fragrance to wake the senses, with contrasting velvety rich mid tones and a lingering warm musk finish.

The notes include lemon, orange, green apple, freesia, jasmine and amber.

I was thinking that I hoped it would be strong on the lemon and easy on the amber. Went to their website and found Zestini!

Going Christmas shopping in a bigger mall soon (yes, I'm kind of in the sticks) that has a body shop – will put these on my extensive “to sniff” list! 🙂

I'm in the sticks too! I always end up buying lotions in TBS, but never fragrances, don't know why except they don't give samples, and don't like leaving the store smelling of 10 things 🙂

I have a feeling that by the time that shopping day is over I will be smelling like the proverbial french…er, hussy. My car will smell fantastic! 🙂

HA — once a test strip of something or another fell under my passenger seat, and my car smelled for a week before I figured it out!

giggle. Can't see “green apple” without remembering the Green Apple Cologne from Max Factor sold in the 70's in the apple shaped bottle with the bright green juice… It was a teen scentsation……

This reminds me of All About Eve by JOOP, also a (green colored) apple fragrance, in an apple shaped bottle 😉

PB, anything Green Apple reminds me of Jolly Ranchers, another popular 70s item 🙂

Have never smelled that one! Joop is not widely carried in the US.

Considering your “almost rabid dislike” of apple-y scents, R. (I just caught your DKNY Delicious article), I don't imagine you'll be rushing out to stock up on this one!

    Seriously doubt it 🙂
