Puma I'm Going Woman, I'm Going Man ~ new fragrances

Puma I'm Going Woman fragrancePuma will launch a new duo of fragrances in September, I'm Going Woman and I'm Going Man.

I'm Going Woman (shown) is a fresh fruity floral with notes of tangerine, pear, pineapple, black currant, frangipani, jasmine, freesia and rose.

I'm Going Man includes notes of tangerine, apple, pineapple, spices, caramel, aloeswood, amber and incense.

Puma I'm Going Woman and I'm Going Man are both available in 60 ml Eau de Toilette and matching body products. (via cosmoty.de)

    LOL — didn't even think about it that way. That was me, not Puma though — the packaging just says “i'm going”, and the gender designation is farther down on the box.

    Hah! Those names made *me* think of cross-dressing or sex-change operations, etc. Not what Puma intended, obviously…

    Or else, just “I'm going” sounds like leaving the room after receiving directions or a scolding. “Ok, ok, you don't have to shout. I got it. I'm going!”

    There are so many ways to have fun with these names. My first thought was that they were to be spoken out loud, in sort of a whiny way: “I'm going, man!”. Which is to say the same thing as you wrote.

    And when the two names are strung together – “I'm going woman, I'm going man” – they sound like a song by Garbage.
