100% Love is a new fragrance brand for teens, and will launch at Claire's in time for Valentine's Day.

The fragrance will be fronted by spokeswoman Jeannie Ortega, 20, a Latina hip-hop and pop singer with Hollywood Records, who will appear in print ads in April issues of teen magazines M, Twist and J For Teen.

Key to the fragrance launch is a Web site, 100percentlove.com, where teens will be able to enroll in a points-based rewards program, play games and engage in charitable activities.

The 100% Love fragrance for girls will have notes of peach, lemon, apple, rose, lily of the valley, ylang-ylang, white musk and sandalwood; the fragrance for boys features tangerine, lemon, lavender, rose, cinnamon, thyme, sandalwood and vanilla. (via Women's Wear Daily)
