I am curious to know who will buy this? A rich woman? A die-hard fragrance connoisser? Sounds interesting, but I'll read the book instead….

If I had $700 lying around, I'd consider it. It sounds like the fragrances really are wonderful. But I don't have $700 lying around so no deal for me.

If you go to the site and put one in your basket, you can see how many are left. They are selling, but not at any massive rate. When I checked yesterday morning, there were 91 of them, right now there are 84 left.

Wow. Nope,I don't have 700 bucks just lying around too… Well, I “do” have it but that means I won't be able to eat nor pay my bills but I'll be smelling pretty, huh?

I don't have $700 lying around, but I do have a couple of credit cards (which I am really good about paying off), and I could, in theory, just order this and charge it. And I really want to. And I keep telling myself that no, I can't, it would be completely insane. And then I tell myself that I must surely have spent $700 on fragrances in the last year, and if I promised to be very good and not buy any in the upcoming year, there would be nothing wrong with just going to the Mugler website and ordering the set.
So right now I'm just biding my time and assuming that if I wait long enough, other people will buy all the sets so that I won't be able to. Because seriously, I'm so close to ordering, because “Perfume” is pretty much my favourite book of all time and I want that set so much, but there's just no way I can justify it.
    Is there?

    ;)

If you're like me, you will be buying more perfume past your $700 dollar mark! I said the same thing. I'll covet a fragrance that I “swear” I'm going to wear til next year and then, BAM! Somehow, a new bottle miraculously ends up on my dresser. Again….

If you do buy Mugler, please let us know how you like it…

So far, it doesn't look like they are anywhere near sold out, so you're not going to get out of buying that way. Whether it is worth it or not, I can't say. I wish there was someplace to go try them in person (testers, in other words) but even if they were fabulous, I can't see giving up other perfumes for a year for them!

Well, same here…it would have to take the place of Christmas presents for my family. Maybe they'd all like sample vials of the scents, LOL…
