Delrae has axed the Eau de Toilette version of Debut

Posted by Robin on 2 October 2006 6 Comments

Parfums Delrae has discontinued the Eau de Toilette version of Debut (why don't they ever ask me first?) and introduced a new Eau de Parfum concentration. The new scent, and limited quantities of the old, can be found at lusciouscargo.

Too bad, I guess the EDT got too 'mainstream' for them? I know they like to stay rather exclusive (and pricy).

Don't know the reason, but it took me by surprise. I find the EdT to be VERY long lasting.

I agree, but I am partial to EdP's. Who knows why? Maybe it's selling well, so they decided to justify a price hike in the EdP??? Your guess is as good as mine. At least it's not discontinued altogether.

I wish she would put out a totally new fragrance.

    Hugs!

R, I usually am too, but I find Amoureuse & Bois de Paradis so strong that they are hard to wear. I hope they haven't overdone the Debut. But so true, at least it isn't a goner. Hugs back!

Yeah, I think you like your fragrances a bit lighter than I do. I love the full-on blast of both Amoureuse (I love that name!) and BdP.

    Hugs!
