A possibility if you're looking for an incense holder and don't want to blow the bank: the Templo from Barcelona-based brand Octaevo. "To help you pause, reconnect with yourself and create a space of tranquility in your busy everyday life, Octaevo has designed a pedestal that perfectly holds incense sticks, captures the ashes and also serves as a decorative catchall." In four colors, $36 each at Beautyhabit. (And an update on yesterday's spendy Loewe incense set: I should have mentioned you can buy the 25 incense sticks separately for $65.)
The every-so-often lemming
Yes, I am still lemming all the items from Loewe's home collection, none of which I am ever likely to pay for. Here is the new incense set in Tomato Leaves: "Set featuring a terracotta incense holder and 25 incense sticks crafted in bamboo with Tomato Leaves essence. Echoing the distinctive design of LOEWE Home Scents Scented Candles, the Incense Holder is crafted in glazed terracotta with a ribbed surface and an organic, curvilinear shape, made to burn your incense safely and cleanly. Each Tomato Leaves incense stick reveals a green scent evoking the fresh, verdant aroma of tomato vines just before they burst into fruit. The scent reveals delicate notes of cassis berries over time." $205 (!) at Loewe.
The occasional lemming
Les Mondes de Diptyque, a new collection of five refillable candles. The fragrances are from perfumer Olivia Giacobetti, and I'll take any or all: La Forêt Rêve (mauve, a "fantastical forest" in the "Mexican jungle"; with tuberose, ylang ylang, jasmine, vanilla and galbanum); La Vallée du Temps (smoke/white, "Jingdezhen....cradle of Chinese porcelain, also famous for its white tea", with white tea, maté and jasmine); Nymphées Merveilles (blue/gray, "gardens of the Renaissance", with orange blossom, jasmine and iris); Temple des Mousses (green, "a Japanese Zen garden...not far from Kyoto", with moss, cedar and matcha); Terres Blondes (terracotta, "Mesa Verde. On the high plateaux of Colorado", with wheat bran, red cedar and burnt earth). The 270g candles are $285 each, the refills are $135. You can find them now at Saks.

The almost-daily lemming
Sure, I'll take one. Diptyque celebrates the 60th anniversary of their candle line with "the 49 nuances of our herbarium of scents in a limited-edition box". 13 were made, $3500 each.
