The daily lemming
Yeah, I just want the Year of the Pig tin. Harney's 2019 Lunar New Year tea: "A delicate aromatic blend of oolong tea with a punch of bright ginger root and fresh, fruity flavors of lychee and lemon." $10 at Harney & Sons.
The daily lemming
So I forgot the Tuesday Teapot on the scent of the day, again, but here's a tea to lemm: Kusmi's Tsarevna 2018 (same tea, new tin). "Once upon a time, under the Russian empire, the tsar would have his daughters ("the tsarevnas") travel all the way to the Winter Palace to celebrate the holiday season in Saint Petersburg, home of Kusmi Tea. This year Kusmi Tea’s most iconic Christmas Tea, Tsarevna, comes in a Limited-edition tin, elegantly decorated with arabesques inspired by the masterpieces of Russian jewelry. The warm scents of christmas spices are softened by delicate notes of orange peel, vanilla, and almond. The blend is enhanced by a touch of liquorice, adding a naturally sweet taste. A festive delight!" At the moment, if you buy the 200g tin ($31.90), you get a free scented candle, although the size and the scent of the candle are a mystery. It's red, though.
