New fragrance announcements and sending samples for review

New fragrance announcements: If you have a new fragrance you'd like us to announce, please send a press release and a picture (jpg or gif) to robin at nstperfume dot com. Digital formats are preferred over paper. It would help if you'll tell us when it will be (or was) released, and include a list of the fragrance notes.

Please note that we are no longer able to announce more than a small fraction of new indie lines — there are just too many to keep up, and at times we get more emails than we have time to respond to. If you are the owner/creator of a new indie line, it helps if you can tell us about any retail stores, especially online, that are carrying (or planning to carry) your products.

Sending samples for review: Now Smell This is happy to accept small product samples (e.g., a sample vial, small lab bottle or travel sized product) for potential review. We would prefer not to receive full-sized products. If small samples are not available, we will accept full-sized products and then either a) give the product away after reviewing it or, b) disclose in the review article that we received a free item.

If you have a product you'd like to send, please email robin at nstperfume dot com.

Please note that Now Smell This contributors do not provide private feedback on new fragrances, nor can we tell you when or if we will review your fragrance, sorry!

Gifts: Now Smell This does not accept gifts. Unsolicited gifts will be given away.

PR agencies: Now Smell This only writes about perfume and related products. Please do not add us to your general distribution list for the beauty sector. If you ignore our polite requests to please remove us from said lists, we'll sadly have to filter all email from your company directly to the spam folder.
