Versace has added three new fragrances to the luxury Atelier Versace collection: Ambre Nectar, Patchouli Précieux and Réve de Myrrhe.
Ambre Nectar ~ "Atelier Versace Ambre Nectar is an amber-woody fragrance created by perfumer Jordi Fernandez who takes his inspiration from the colour of copper and the nobility of amber. He layers notes of pungent pink berries and refined saffron with sweet caramel, vanilla, and rich woods. It’s a captivating symphony as he perfectly balances each ingredient." Additional notes include cedar, oud, sandalwood and benzoin.
Patchouli Précieux (shown above) ~ "Atelier Versace Patchouli Précieux is an amber-spicy-woody fragrance that perfumer Jordi Fernandez describes as "the ultimate journey towards comforting sensuality." He begins with an almost candied prune and a spicy concoction of nutmeg and saffron. Soon, you smell the warmth of amber woods, creamy sandalwood, and a hint of decadent praline. The creamy warmth continues in the dry down with vanilla, patchouli, and akigalawood."
Réve de Myrrhe ~ "Atelier Versace Réve de Myrrhe is a charismatic fruity-floral-woody fragrance for him or her built around a hypnotic myrrh resin. The eau de parfum opens with the lively freshness of pink berries and mandarin, which blends beautifully with iris and tuberose. The addition of akigalawood adds a woody modernity. The final notes of vanilla, fir balsam, and cistus provide the fragrance with a majestic trail of assertive character." Additional notes include incense.
Versace Ambre Nectar, Patchouli Précieux and Réve de Myrrhe are available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

All these sound good, and I appreciate that the prose is just plain descriptive rather than grandiose, mythical or mystical, or “poetic” (choke).
Well, better wait to see what it says on the Versace website, but yeah.
Are there actually people buying these in numbers?
No idea.
Um, “‘”the ultimate journey towards comforting sensuality.” He begins with an almost candied prune…'”
