Yet another spendy number from Guerlain to honor the 170th birthday of the bee bottle, although this one came out before the one I posted on Friday, and this one features a new fragrance: Reve d’Amour (a festival of white flowers" with mandarin, petitgrain, benzoin, cedar and ambrette), in a bottle from Lebanese designer Nadine Kanso, featuring the word "Love" in Swarovski-crystal-and 24-karat-gold-gilded calligraphy. 30 were made, 1 liter for £13,500.
And meanwhile, this year's Muguet is now available on the Guerlain website, $750.
Hmm, the bottle is a bit too glitzy for me, but the juice sounds very interesting!
Too glitzy for me too…would have liked it better with just the calligraphy in gold.
Well, that price makes the Muguet seem reasonable!
Exactly!!
A liter of the stuff? Did I read that correctly?
Yes, it does look overdone.
Yes you did 🙂
