A lemming for Super Mario fans? (Or for anyone, like me, who can hardly stand to see a new Lush Shower Gel without at least thinking about it.) From the new collaboration at Lush, Mario Shower Gel: "Lashings of fresh pomegranate juice and Persian lime oil combine to create lathers of fruity cola fragrance. Soften your skin, and leave a pep in your step ready for a journey to the Mushroom Kingdom. Just watch out for those pesky pipes ..." $12.50 - $40, and you might also check out the new Princess Peach body spray (peach + pineapple + blood orange) and the Bowser Shower Jelly (cinnamon + lime + benzoin).

My brother stopped in at Lush and the SA told him the 2 shower gels for Mario and Luigi are actually rereleases of 2 shower gels that were just released at Xmas: Santa’s Christmas and Elf Shake…and that tracks w/ the scents and colors.
The SA said the Princess Peach body spray is a new product/scent and not a repromote.
Aha, thank you (and your brother) so much She-ra!!
Eeek. I don’t want my shower to be blood red but I am overdue for a Lush visit …
I could swear I smelled the red one at Xmas but now I can’t remember for sure. The last one I bought was Sticky Dates.
Just in time for my son’s fifth birthday!
Perfect!
Just in time for my 37th Birthday 😈
I had to text a link to this for a friend of mine. She *loved* it and is headed to her LUSH to check the Mario stuff out.
I read a very funny review of all the Lush Mario items, it was not flattering lol.
This shower gel “ finally gives gamers a reason to take a bath”.
The ? Bath bomb apparently looks like “a tub full of pee” when it dissolves. 😳 The photos were offsetting to say the least.
How much did Hollywood pay Lush for the tie in to the new Mario film? I have a hard time believing this is just a coincidence.
I think you’ll find that as with most licensing agreements it will be Lush that’s paying to license the Mario brand rather than Hollywood paying Lush.
If you really do believe this may be a coincidence i have some magic beans I’d like to sell you !
Of course… I mixed up the money trail. Lush paid.
