It's the last Monday in February, plus International Polar Bear Day (I found out too late to change the picture, but see 2021), Pokémon Day, World NGO Day and Anosmia Awareness Day. Birthdays: Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, John Steinbeck, Mildred Bailey, Dexter Gordon and Elizabeth Taylor. What fragrance are you wearing?
Thanks to a kind reader, I'm trying April Aromatics Liquid Dreams, so I smell like a sunny morning in June.
Reminder: 3/3 is World Wildlife Day. This year's theme: Partnerships for Wildlife Conservation. Wear a fragrance from a brand making an effort in the arena of biodiversity protection (you should have plenty of choice).
And for those of you who like to plan ahead, see Scent of the day ~ Friday community projects 2023, where I'll try (but obviously sometimes fail) to always have the next five or six weeks mapped out in advance.

I’m wearing the latest pull from my stash of minis, L’Eau de Toilette by Carven. Not long lasting at all, but a pretty enough floral.
Very pretty…you smell like spring PriscillaE!
Still enveloped in the soft fluffy down comforter of Anné Pliska from last night. Woke up and rolled over, lifted the blind and saw a couple inches of new snow. Now I’m rolling back over and going back to sleep. 😴 Happy Monday!!
Happy Monday!
I rolled over when I saw freezing rain.
Good for you! Enjoy your extended sleep to the max! 😴
Good plan, sleep well!
I didn’t but I appreciate the thought!
I have loved Anné Pliska for about 20 years. You smell wonderful, Deva!
It’s an oldie but goodie, no? 🥇
“A couple inches of new snow” implies that there is OLD snow on the ground!
Yeah, not much though. What did come down was very wet and I think it’s mostly melted now, only to freeze and turn into ice by the morning…❄️
Yick, “Sierra Cement”!
Good morning! SOTD is Chanel La Pausa from a sample vial. I do enjoy this one, but it is rather fleeting, even in the EDP concentration. It is a light peppery, iris with a leather background on me.
I learned how to spin yarn from a friend over the weekend. I think I’ve gotten the hang of the drop spindle! My hands smell of wool after I am done.
Oh how cool! I bet that is a relaxing hobby.
very relaxing indeed!
Hah, it’s only relaxing until the cat decides to help.
Congrats on the new skill! I am a pretty serious handspinner; happy to chat if you have questions, although it sounds like you have a nearby person to consult, which is the best!
8 sprays (of the EDT) last me all day.
Of course, it does. 8 sprays of anything lasts you all day. I have to admit that I am doing a lot of 8 sprays lately too. When you are retired, you can get away with it if you aren’t going anywhere.
I did maybe 8-10 sprays but perhaps the sample doesn’t dispense as much… time to overspray again tomorrow!
Wearing a spritz of Chanel Bois des Iles.
My routine for the past weeks has not changed at all. My mother is still in the hospital and I am still commuting from work to the hospital and just stopping by at home early in the morning for a shower, before coming back to the office. God will provide.
It looks like March is arriving with the snow that we hadn’t had so far this winter season. Expecting snow tonight and tomorrow and then again during the weekend. Cold days and warm days mixed. What a crazy weather!
Coffee and more coffee for a day with a couple of boring meetings. I will survive!
Happy Monday! ☕️☕️☕️
You smell lovely. Continued good wishes your way pl67!
Thank you, Madtowngirl!
Adding my good wishes. I think I will be your twin today.
Thank you, Lillyjo!
I wanted to let you know that I tried the Pepsi Peeps this weekend and it is DISGUSTING! It doesn’t taste like Peeps, vanilla, or marshmallows. Just tons of extra sugar added to the Pepsi. SUPER, SUPER SWEET! The Peeps have actually less sugar than the drink. I am glad that I only paid $2.70 for a 20oz bottle. I drank less than half and the rest ended up in the garbage. Money SAVED!
UGH! I gagged after reading your description. Thanks for taking one for NST! 🤢
I am always glad to try anything Peeps, but that soda is horrific! However, many reviews say it is very tasty! 😳
Good to know!
I haven’t seen it around here yet. I guess I am not missing anything.
PL67, are you able to take FMLA? If so, that might take a little pressure off you and free up some of your time so you can at least rest. Sending good thoughts your way! 💕
Also, forgot to say if you haven’t already tried TJ Brown Sugar Oat Milk Creamer in your coffee, it’s DELISH! 😋
I second this!! I’m very addicted to this creamer and I don’t normally use creamer. I have it with black tea as well.
I tried the Brown Sugar creamer and it is DELICIOUS! Have some in my fridge! I went to TJ this weekend and I remembered you, because my local store still has the pumpkin oat milk. I don’t know if it has become a permanent item now, instead of seasonal, but I am glad it is still around.
Yeah, no pumpkin oat milk here. I specifically looked for it, and the pumpkin cream cheese. The sourdough is not as good here either…but all small issues among the much larger ones in the world today.
Hi Deva, yes I can take FMLA. I am saving that option for when my mother’s situation deteriorates even more and I may need to be away from work for a longer time. Unfortunately, that may happen very soon.
Ah, I see. I’m so sorry. This is so hard to witness. I went through it with my dad and I felt so helpless in my ability not bring comfort to him. I’ll keep all of you in my thoughts. ♥️
Thank you, Deva.
Adding to the chorus sending good wishes your way, PL67. And may that coffee do its job!
Thank you, Vee. Coffee has been of big help today!
Sending you lots of hugs, you are doing any amazing job supporting your mother.
Stay safe in the cold and snow!
Thank you, Tulipani!
Remember to take care of yourself too. Best wishes to you mother as well.
Thank you, Kris. I get some rest during the weekends when my younger sister stays at night in the hospital. All I did after running errands was sleep.
Not easy pl67. I have walked miles in your moccasins.
Take care of yourself.
Trying my best to find some time for myself, even though sometimes it is not easy.
Thinking of you always, PL67!
Thank you, Springpansy!
Sending bon courage thoughts your way! Please take care of yourself.
Thank you, Cazaubon!
Like apsara and others, I’ve walked that walk. It is so difficult. I wish there was something more I can do; just know my prayers and thoughts are with you. Hugs.
Thank you, Nancy! Good thoughts and prayers are very helpful and powerful. We need them a lot these days.
It sounds very tiring, hope you had at least a relaxing weekend. You smell lovely.
Thank you, Aurora. Fortunately, I was able to regain some energy this past weekend.
I’ve been thinking of you and your mom. I hope your coffee was delicious and the meetings weren’t too boring!
Thank you, Sistine! I survived the day!
Sending more good thoughts and hugs to you and your family. I hope you are able to rest a bit each day.
I had to look up Pepsi Peeps. Someone was selling 3 cans on the bay for over $100. I kid you not!
Thank you, Gail. I appreciate it.
3 mini cans for $100 is an insult, even if the taste was amazing. Target was selling the pack of 10 mini cans for $6 when they came out a couple of weeks ago. I was not tempted because I don’t drink soda more than 2-3 times a year. I wasn’t having many expectations though!
Wishing you the strength you need, I hope you can find a balance but that may not be possible right now. You are doing a great job and what you are dealing with is very hard. My thoughts are of extra strength for you, pl67. Big hugs!
Thank you for your kind words and positive thoughts Ringthing!
Hugs, and seconding gentle reminders to take care of yourself, even in little bits and pieces. I know all too well how that can slip to the bottom of the list when so many other things need to be done. Been there. It’s a rough road.
Thank you, Jalapeno. It is extremely difficult to deal with my mom’s situation right now and work at the same time. I just hope to stay physically and mentally strong for her. God be with us!
That’s a tough situation with your mom. You and your sister are good daughters. There was 3 of us around when our mom was at the care center and while we tried to be there for her, we actually never stayed overnight with her.
My youngest sister is working from the hospital since they are still wfh, so she can handle it better. I am covering the nights, but I eventually will not be able to keep doing it every single day anymore.
Another Monday. It is pouring buckets of rain, like it rains in Louisiana except cold and high winds. I am taking a dear friend to physical therapy after her knee surgery and despite a raincoat, I am soaked.
Wearing Kyoto today, I wanted something grounding and peaceful.
Soaked here too! My down parka could really use a toss in the dryer, hopefully it dries out by the time I leave this afternoon.
At least you smell good!
Soaked triplets.
Not soaked yet… ☔
By total coincidence, I am wearing Elizabeth Taylor Violet Eyes, ordered unsniffed and just arrived today. I think I got an old bottle because the opening is all alcohol. No more late night Amazon shopping!
My brother in law was sitting in an airport when Liz and her entourage swept by. He says, “Her yes we’re just purple, and you could see them from far away.” I’ve never known anyone with violet eyes-it is very rare. How is the perfume, once the ETOHburns off?
It’s getting better… a peachy floral with something woodsy underneath. An easy going scent.
As a dedicated vintage/old perfume shopper, I concur that sometimes a little patience, or even another day, will at least give you a nice glimpse of what might have been. I hope your purchase will “settle out” even more.
That’s a good story – how fun for your brother and you!
Still no power and our generator wouldn’t start this morning, so we are hanging out at McD’s, eating junk coffee (Carmel Mocha) and imitation ice cream (M&Meredith Flurries). Hopefully power will return at 12:15 today. That is the estimate.
I am wearing Dixit and Zak The Nightengale, which after a Jasmine bomb opening is a pretty fruity floral chypre thing. I get all the positive aspects of this and none of the parts the negative reviews mention. It smells unusual and pleasant to me. I like it. Anyone else familiar with this house?
I’ve never heard of that house.
Hopefully your power will be on soon!
Good gosh! I hope your power gets back in action soon. But, at least that McDonald’s McFlurry machine is working! 👍🏼
I have a decant of Dixit and Zac Lucky Santal. I was not terribly impressed with it, so I haven’t tried anything else from them. Enjoy your McFlurry!
Fingers crossed your power is back on soon, and enjoy the dessert coffee!
Oh dear, hope your power is back on asap!
Fingers crossed you get power back soon.
I haven’t heard of that house but your scent sounds lovely. I hope your power is restored soon!
Fingers crossed for you! We’ve had no power since Thursday at 2:45 am. Supposed to get it back Wednesday night at 10pm. We’ll see…
Thanks all for good wishes . We were supposed to have power back by noon today. At one thirty they changed the estimated time of restoration to noon tomorrow. We have a lot of wilderness state land that the power lines go through in our area, and we can see where they all hung around at one of those dive offs into the woods. We have had so much rain since yesterday, we think now they have to wait for the bucket truck on tracks like a bulldozer to get through one of the swampy areas. Last time they got a Hugh bucket truck on wheels stuck in there. Oh well, this too will pass. I have been in much worse situations… Hope everyone else is staying warm and dry!
I have Dixit and Zak Santal Royale, which I like but don’t love. It’s an interesting house!
Er, I meant Lucky Santal. Santal Royale is Ensar Oud.
Yikes, what a pain! What’s wrong with your generator?
Who knows, but we got back from borrowing the ( inadequate) generator from SIL , and I charged into the house, and thought, wow I can’t believe I left so many lights on! Then adorable hubby cried”The lights are on! We have power!” Duh. Yay! So now we can just get back to dealing with all the water in the drylot. Poor ponies. Hope everyone gets power soon! I am feeding creatures and then take a long hot shower
Yay!! So glad your power is back on. Enjoy that shower!
Oh good!!! Electricity is so fantastic when you’ve done without.
W00t w00t w00t for having lights & power back!
What can I say? I am touched by the support and good wishes. Hot running water is the true pinnacle of modern civilization. 🙂
I’m in Vanille Insensee.
I woke to the sound of thunder this morning and it’s raining cats and dogs. In February. So weird. I drove through lots of standing water on the way to work. Hopefully it will be done soon.
Stay dry!
This has been one heck of a February.
We did not get thunder, but I awoke to steady rain. Now it’s clear, 60-ish and windy, windy. This is not unheard of in our area, but it does make me wonder if we’re going to get another blast of Winter in March! Vanilla Insensee is a great Monday choice!
Wow, that is really odd for your neck of the woods! Stay dry.
Lots of weird winter weather to go around right now for sure!
Gearing up for the upcoming CP, I’m wearing two scents from my giant stash of all natural and “plant-based” perfumes, Heretic Perfumes Dirty Gardenia on one wrist and Providence Perfume Hindu Honeysuckle on the other wrist. Very heady mix, for sure!
Heretic Perfumes had a gardenia perfume?
I believe this was limited edition but I got it very recently.
Wearing vintage l’aimant this morning. Vintage perfume definitely doesn’t fit with the community project!
I guess not, but the project is on Friday 🙂
Enjoying Apres L’Ondee, which fits our weather if not exactly the season!
That one is *so* pretty!
Yes! And, once I thought it was just okay, but after a few wearings, it revealed that prettiness to me!
No more snow at my house, though higher elevations got some. I’ve been cooped up in the house since last Wednesday except for an emergency grocery trip, so I’m going for a walk today. I’m wearing Infusion d’Iris Absolue.
Enjoy your walk but wear some good traction shoes or boots! No, I’m not your mother, or anyone else’s, but sometimes I act like I am…😬
I’m glad you were able to get some coffee.
🙂
Enjoy the walk! Cooped up gets old quickly–our recent power outage had me stranded at home too–too much rain/wind to walk, and no getting out by car because of the outage. Every time this happens, I think I must get a battery backup installed on the garage door opening mechanism, then once the power’s back, I promptly forget about it.
Hope you’ll have a lovely walk.
I hope your walk was fabulous. You smell great.
YAY for no more snow! Enjoy that walk.
Felt like roses today so am wearing Nahema.
A perfect rose perfume.
Yes, it is.
You smell wonderful!
Thank you PL67!
Waft this way, please!
Wafting!!! LOL.
Thanks to so many who shared their washing machine opinions last week! I finally chose one, and it will be delivered later this week, fingers crossed it fits through the door and all that. Went with a front loader (which is what we currently have) because I realized a top loader won’t fully open without having to remove the cabinets above the area.
SOTD is Egoist, thank you to psfh!
I can’t think of much for the CP. I know Guerlain has their bee program with UNESCO, so that could be a default. But I’ll be looking out for ideas leading up to Friday.
you’re welcome and you smell good! hope you get to enjoy your new washer soon 🙂
You smell wonderful today. I’ve thought about getting that one but never quite get to pulling the trigger on a purchase. Glad to hear you decided on a washing machine!
Glad you decided on a washer, that’s exciting. And you smell fabulous!
I think Trudon has a bee program too. Lancome and L’Occitane are both working on sustainable / biodiversity floral production, and I think YSL has a Rewild Our Earth program. I think LVMH has something going but I forget what, but that covers lots of brands.
Lush makes efforts in several arenas, including reforestation and ethical sourcing.
Most of the big fragrance & flavor companies have their own programs too.
three interviews today. One is a third and final interview – 6 months and wraps up just before Africa trip.
Yesterday a break in the rain so got some major weeding done and laundry done. My washer/dryer are in my garage and I go through my little courtyard to get there so was holding off.
Still dealing with credit card and fraud companies from stolen wallet although 90% of them have been super quick and helpful.
The unhelpful ones are not being replaced.
SOTD is ll Benjoin 19. A good 10 sprays.
Have uggs on and my little space heater next to me at my desk.
Good luck with the interviews! And sorry about the annoying card companies — we had similar difficulties with a card a couple of years ago, and yeah, as soon as they finally resolved the issue we cancelled the card. Having managed credit cards in my career, there’s just no good reason I can see for them to be difficult on this point.
Good luck to you with everything!
Good luck with those interviews!
Good luck!
Best of luck with the interviews and the credit card companies!
I don’t understand why they are being unhelpful! Sorry you’re still dealing with the cr-p. Karma is a b-tch.
Cold, wet and rainy today. Still not feeling that great but still have to go grocery shopping. Filed my taxes last night and now the wait for my refund begins. Still in no 5 but the edt.
Feel better soon, Dawn!
Good for you for finishing your taxes already, I am impressed!
Hope you feel a bit better tomorrow.
Cold and sunny, wearing my sample of DVN Soie Malaquais today. Husband has rock music blaring while he does the taxes so I think I’ll go out.
I’m sorry, but what house is DVN? I’m usually not so clueless.
I think it’s Dries van Noten, but not sure.
Dries Van Noten
I hope you were able to escape! My hubby and I have totally different Spotify lists. It’s quite hilarious, actually.
Yes, I went out and did my errands. Thankfully all is silent again now. 🙂
The music my son was blasting while he cooked us burgers tonight should have come with some sort of warning…I thought I’d heard everything and never cared about parental labels on music, but there ought to be a label for “really should not play for your aging mother”.
But hey, I got a cheeseburger out of it 😉
Autumn is getting closer here – already! At least I can comfort myself that folks in the northern hemisphere can equally see spring approaching. Reading your comments every day makes that very real!
I’ll have to think about the CP, I know I’ve read about plenty of brands that are making efforts to be sustainable, encourage plantings, etc, but I can’t bring any details to mind. Meanwhile, I’m wearing Miss Dior EdT from the bottle I bought about 12 years ago.
Dior is not doing anything as obviously flashy as some other brands, but…
https://www.premiumbeautynews.com/en/flowers-enhance-biodiversity,21379
https://www.cosmeticsdesign-europe.com/Article/2022/07/19/LVMH-Parfums-Christian-Dior-Beauty-as-a-Legacy-2030-sustainability-plan-highlights-flowers-collaboration
Wearing my new sample of Profumum Sorriso. I love it, but not sure whether Profumum Roma are making any efforts toward protecting biodiversity.
Watching a very interesting and somewhat quirky Netflix show: a South Korean law drama called Extraordinary Attorney Woo. The main character is an attorney with autism and the actress playing her is incredible. At the very least, it brings up lots of discussion about how we treat anyone we perceive as different from us.
I love the show! I promised myself I would not binge-watch and I didn’t; however I had some pretty long days…
😀
I’m having a difficult time identifying relevant perfumes for the CP. I’ve been doing some Google research and have come across articles and lists but, as with this sample, all the ones listed are ones I’ve never heard of or seen in stores, let alone tried. Does anyone have better advice on this? https://www.sustainably-chic.com/blog/non-toxic-perfumes-sustainable-fragrances-cologns
I have a Sana Jardin Discovery Set which is still pristine as I am a very very slow tester.
Repeating my comment from above:
(Guerlain has a bee program), I think Trudon has a bee program too.
And adding to that:
Yves Rocher has a foundation doing work in biodiversity too.
I might do a week of Lush for this CP. I’m starting off the week in cozy gormand, Cardamom Coffee.
you smell great!!
Great idea! Thanks for the inspiration.
We’re house twins today!
Also a house twin!
I was thinking of wearing Lush on Friday too.
My SoTD is Sous Le Vent, from a very kind NSTer. This is gorgeous, from start to finish. I have a feeling I’ll be respraying this today! ❤️
You smell gorgeous!
Thank you, Calypso! ☺️
Smoothie is Clementines and yogurt
In Eau de Gaga body lotion during the day, in a conscious effort to use it up, it smelled great. Tonight I’m in Arquiste Infanta en Flor, I love it so much.
Eau de Gaga was only around for a hot minute or so, wasn’t it?
Yes, it’s discontinued now and is such a good leather tea perfume. I tested it and bought it immediately.
I may have a bottle in case you want some. I do have to find it first.
I wouldn’t mind getting a sniff of that, should you have the bottle. No rush.
Patchouli day for me today with Hiram Green Arbole on one wrist and Profumum Roma Patchouly on the other. In Arbole, the patch seems fresh and semi-translucent. The tonka and vanilla (which is more vanilla extract than dessert vanilla) give it a roundness. The sandalwood is there, but in the background. The whole thing is very well blended and balanced. In Patchouly, the patch and amber come together in a patchouli version of a (less sweet) maple syrup. The sandalwood is dry and scratchy, and the incense weaves throughout. Of the two, I prefer the Arbole, but patch is a tricky note for me.
Today’s tea is F&M Jubilee. Waiting for the snow to start; it was almost 50 degrees earlier today, but we’re suppose to get 5-8 inches of snow over night. Very weird winter.
Hmm, I love Arbole. I think it might work for this week’s CP too since it’s a natural perfume. Well, work better than some other brands, that’s for sure!
Patchouly sounds good to me too, I like all the notes you mentioned. I’ll have to sample it one day.
Holy cow! I hope you don’t get the snow.
We’re patchouli twins! I am in Francesca Bianchi Sticky Fingers.
There are rumors that a few flakes might show up here tonight. Not gonna bet on it.
I’m in Eau des Merveilles.
Today I got the bright idea to inventory my perfume samples. It took way longer than I expected because I had many, many more than I remembered. Have they been breeding?? Oh well, I have lots of great perfumes to try.
Oh yes! those samples breed at huge speed! Have fun trying them!
*high speed
“Huge speed” made perfect sense to me, fwiw.
Lol!
IT’S SNOWING AGAIN. Make it stop! We’re well set up at my house for all this snow-and-no-electricity business we’ve been doing for days (big generator, lots of firewood), but maaaaaaaaan we are so over this.
SOTD is Arquiste Nanban for its warm spicy coziness.
ps. love the rockhopper! We saw so many of them on our trip to Antarctica last November. Got lots of great photos & videos.
I love his expression. He looks grumpy!
If I could have a super power, it would be to make snow (and all bad weather) stop.
I would happily take your snow if you could send it here. I am concerned that there has not been enough cold weather here to kill off all the bad bugs. This summer could get OOGLY.
Ugh, what a day. Several of my plans were upended, so I did what I could instead. It’s rainy and gloomy to boot. Oh well, I will get some of those things done tomorrow.
SOTD = LUSH’s V perfume.
Rainy/ gloomy twins.
I don’t think my Lush store carries V. I will have to double check next time.
Mine is a travel spray that was in the LUSH Garden Perfume Set. I saw it at my local store last October and grabbed it while the getting was good. I knew I liked Rose Jam and Lust and figured if I hated any of the others, they would find a good home with someone here.
Oh, they do have the travel set. I will see if I can sneak a sniff. Lol.
Sorry for the frustration about your plans.
All I could do was sigh, then laugh. Perfect fit for a rainy Monday!
Sorry about the plants! I have an indoor plant my next door neighbor gave me. It looks like a hybrid of a cactus and aloe plant. Is this even possible? I’ll take a picture of it one of these days.
No houseplants here. I got rid of them ages ago. I did have a bunch of orchids back in the early 2000’s, though.
Your succulent sounds completely plausible, though.
Joining the Lush crowd today. I applied lots of Ginger (in solid form). We had a few maintenance things fixed today that showed up on the inspection report. Tomorrow or the next day should hopefully cover the remaining items. Days are winding down here, but I’m not sad to leave.
I put all my perfumes away into a traveling soft-sided bag that will sit behind me for the trip home. It’s still an easy reach but they are now well-protected and all together in the same place.
Safe travels, Gail! Here’s to your return to Florida many times in the years to come. 😀
Aww, thank you! I’ll probably get emotional after we leave here. We are heading up to Pensacola on Sunday for 2 nights.
Hopefully the weather will be nice-ish for your trip back.
I officially hate February. In between getting hit by stinko weather every 2 days, my crown broke. I can’t get in until Thursday. I already know he will recommend an implant. I’m actually still paying for this crown. I am going to end up being a toothless hag. ( hey… name that song)
Anyway… I joined pl67 in Bois des Isles for my sotd. As the old saying goes, at least I smell great!
Thanks for listening All!🌞
I am so sorry to hear about your tooth misfortune. I hope it’s not too painful!
Fortunately I am not in pain.
Oh no! I remember when you got the crown put in. It wasn’t that long ago, was it?
I think it was just last year. I can’t be sure because I block the dentist out! Lol
Ouch, you and my sister having tooth problems!
Good luck to your sister!
Ouch! A broken crown? That is some seriously rotten luck.
If it weren’t for bad luck….
https://youtu.be/q6xrIu4mABo
Ha!👍
On no! I HATE tooth issues! I must be experiencing bad tooth vibes because I had a dream last night all my teeth fell out. Where’s Freud when you need him? We can be toothless hags together! 🦷
Deva, I have had that same dream throughout my life. At this point I consider them premonitions.
I used to have those nightmares too.
That is a bummer. Hope you can get it resolved quickly and not too $$$ expensively!
From your mouth to the dentists ears!
So sorry lillyjo!
What a drag about your crown, and you have to baby the thing until Thursday! I’m sorry about your bad dental news, lillyjo.
SOTD = Francesca Bianchi Sticky Fingers
Seriously people! This is so good.

I accidentally passed along the wrong birthdate for one of my friends. Her birthday is actually in February 29 and one can choose, I assume, either February 28 or March 1. I would have chosen March myself … So now our friend’s group had been wishing her a happy birthday all day long. 😳
I have been commuting for the past 22 months. Very doable as long as I stick to my routine. In any case, in all that time, other than 2 instances of egregious commutes home, going in was never a problem, except this morning. All the trains were late, but the train I caught dumped everyone off at one of the stops! Thank goodness my first meeting was at 8:30am!
We’ll see about commuting tomorrow.
There wasn’t any nasty weather up by you this morning, was there? That’s the big thing I can think of for a train to halt and shoo everyone off.
I would also choose March 1.
