Yves Saint Laurent has launched Lavallière, a new fragrance in the luxury Vestiaire des Parfums series.
The ‘lavalliere’, the French word for ‘bow’, was an accessory that frequented many Yves Saint Laurent catwalks. Taking its name from the Duchess of La Valliere, but originally inspired by a typically masculine accessory, the bow is by its very nature gender-fluid.
In Lavalliere Eau de Parfum, the silky texture of the bow is evoked in the creamy, delicate notes of fig. The floral green scent is completed by juicy blackcurrant and romantic, radiant rose, encapsulating elements that are both masculine and feminine to make for a beguiling unisex fragrance. Just like a lavalliere, this scent is the perfect finishing touch to any outfit, leaving you at your most confident.
Additional notes include bergamot, geranium, jasmine, vetiver, cashmeran and musk.
Yves Saint Laurent Lavallière is available in 75 and 125 ml Eau de Parfum.
