French niche line Lubin has launched Anna and Eva, the first two fragrances in the Portraits de Femmes collection. Anna and Eva were developed by perfumer Delphine Thierry.
Anna (shown) ~ "Rose in a Sea Breeze // Anna breaks the dawn with her cheerful voice when the boat moors on the riverbank. The new day unveils a magical spectacle of rippling colours over Amsterdam. The market comes to life and Anna whirls around it, bringing the spray of the canal and the fragrance of flowers with her. In her eyes, you can see the reflection of the Singel, and if you linger in her naive beauty, it will make you nostalgic. A crowd of suitors will woo her at the flower market, but only one will steal Anna’s heart." With pink grapefruit, marine accord, bergamot, rose, ylang-ylang, white musk, ambroxide and sandalwood.
Eva ~ "Musky orange blossom // Eva is the daughter of the Englishman who left his country for a forest of orange groves. Under the scorching Sicilian sun, the young English rose runs barefoot on the hot, fertile ground. She is inebriated by the smooth aroma of the bitter orange and she charms those who pass her with her fresh and lively nature. Eva will never leave this radiant and restless countryside. She will become an artist, and showcase this nature in the gardens and parks of the grand Baroque villas of Noto." With passion fruit, petitgrain, lemon, orange blossom, neroli, white ginger, amber, musk and sandalwood.
Lubin Anna and Eva are available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum. Samples can be ordered now at Aedes.

Thank you Robin, Eva sounds lovely, I love o.b. but it depends on the type of musks used too.
I love ob too, but I wasn’t terribly overcome with longing by either of these, don’t know why.
