Tom Ford has launched Tubéreuse Nue, a new floral fragrance in the Tom Ford Private Blend collection.
What it is: A floral eau de parfum that captures the tuberose, a notorious nocturnal bloom with voluptuous petals revealing a deep sensuality.
Fragrance story: Tubéreuse Nue conjures the nocturnal bloom of tuberose, its fresh petals merging with a supple suede accord and Timut pepper to release deep sensuality under the veil of night, with soft musk capturing the afterglow.
Notes: Tuberose absolute, India Orpur,* szechuan peppercorn, suede accord.
Tom Ford Tubéreuse Nue is available now at Nordstrom, $350 for 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

* Note that in this context, India Orpur refers to the origin and processing of the tuberose.
Are there any other tuberose perfumes from TF? This doesn’t sound very exciting to me. If I get a chance, I will try it, of course.
I honestly can’t remember, sorry — hope someone else will chime in.
Tuberose private blend, no. Jasmine and Gardenia, yes :). I guess he now has the floral trifecta. Tuberose is my least favorite note ever, so this will be a no go for me. His Orchid Soleil is enough for me. I doubt I’ll finish my 3.4 oz in this lifetime ?
Orchid Soleil had quite a bit of tuberose in it! I LOVED that fragrance.
TF also jumping on the tuberose trendwagon. ? And of course with a lame name like that…..and erhmmmm more expensive than most private blends. Sigh..
I do like tuberose though, and I love some of TFs releases, so I will probably give it a try some time.
Maybe. ?
I am mostly immune to TF…if it’s great maybe I’ll try it eventually.
