Another Chanel Maisons d’art coffret, in case you missed the last one. 50 ml of Beige, in Extrait, in a Baccarat bottle which you can keep safe in the fancy box done up by feather and floral specialists Maison Lemarié. 25 were made, €10,000. (via luxepackaginginsight)

I got my car for that amount of money, which admittedly does not smell as good. When I put the airco on it’s got a whiff of wet dog going on.
If this were Cuir de Russie I might even be tempted but Beige is fortunately not really my thing.
Also not No.18 or La Pausa,so I am safe too.?
Ooh, I bet some crafty person could work up their own, original take on the Chanel shrine, sell it for considerably less than €10,000 and still make a profit.
Agreed – I can’t tell for sure from the photo, but the interior looks a lot like it’s done with paper collage. I have scissors. 🙂
And feathers.
I’m not paying that (I say loftily, as if I had that to pay) for 50ml of anything.
Eh, who needed to save for retirement…
