Quick videos of two attractions at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. First the Kumamoto En, a Japanese garden given as a gift by San Antonio's sister city, Kumamoto. Then below the jump, the Sacred Garden, which features Biblical plants.

Hey, thanks for sharing vid of Texas gardens, Robin! I’ve been to San Antonio many times, but never to these gardens. Will have to visit sometime, maybe in the fall, which is November down here. ?
Hey, thank you Texas for the garden videos!
(It is interesting how few gardens have their own YT channels. I guess it’s a needless expense, but still.)
Reminds me that I need to visit before Mr blue and I move away!
Visited these gorgeous gardens in 2016 when we did an overnight ‘road trip’ (our hosts’ favourite thing) when visiting friends in Oak Ridge North, Tx. We’d been to SA before & done the usual tourist type things (also some of the Mission Trail, which I loved), but not with our friends, so thoroughly enjoyed a few things that none of us had done before, including the Botanical Gardens. Also had dinner at a branch of Texas Roadhouse, a favourite of both our friends & my husband’s, & always a highlight of our visits for my husband, though as a non meat eater I am a tad limited there!
