Lancôme has launched a new iteration of Peut-Être, originally released in 1937 and reissued in 2008 in a version by perfumer Nathalie Lorson. Lorson has also developed the 2020 version.*
An ode to seduction, Peut-Être eau de parfum is a fresh yet fiery composition, both sensual and slightly provocative scent. The voluptuous heart of damask roses is faceted by the powdery softness of white musks and the captivating ambery fragrance notes of benzoin.
"I gave free rein to my passion for musks to dress this queen flower that is the Rose for Lancôme. An amber and musky rose that celebrates supreme luxury.“ Nathalie LORSON, Master Perfumer, Firmenich Paris
Lancôme Peut-Être is available in 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

*If it is indeed a new version. It is possible this is just the 2008 version with new packaging and an updated description.
Pretty bottle. Feel uninterested in the juice….
Agree, it’s gorgeous.
Beautiful bottle! Will the juice match the bottle in its beauty, maybe ?
Hope springs eternal…
Hmm, the older version was iris, musk and rose, according to the Fragrantica audience. New version doesn’t seem to mention iris. I wonder why not….(obsessing about that bottle, you see. 🙂 )
