Not really relevant except Christine Nagel did do the fragrance: the spot for Rouge Hermès lipsticks.

This is the brand’s entry into make up, which from a marketing strategy makes a lot of sense, since if you can’t spend the price of a house for a handbag, and the price of a month’s rent (or several month’s rent) for a scarf and can’t spend the cost of filling up a van a couple of times for a scent, then maybe you can spend the price of a sit down meal for two at a local bistro for a lipstick, if you just want anything with the Hermes name. The packaging in the ad, doesn’t look that exceptional, and lipstick kind of looks like some Matte Reds in the drug store.
If I was going to buy a lipstick for its scent,I would go with Guerlain.
I like the packaging more than you do, Dilana.
It’s hard to beat Guerlain Rouge G lipsticks for quality and comfort. I love the packaging except that they are rather heavy.
I imagine they smell nice, and while I do love Hermès perfumes – I prefer they not reside one inch under my nose.
🙂
