Coach will launch Coach Dreams, a new feminine fragrance inspired by a road trip through the American west, later this month. The tag line: "Live Yours."
Coach Dreams was developed by perfumers Antoine Maisondieu, Nathalie Gracia-Cetto, Olivier Pescheux and Shyamala Maisondieu. Notes for the floral woody fragrance include bitter orange, pear, gardenia, cactus blossom, Joshua tree and ambroxan.
Coach Dreams will be available in 40 and 90 ml Eau de Parfum (and possibly other sizes as well).

I wonder what Joshua tree would smell like, is it a resinous conifer odor or what exactly? Other Coach offerings have been generic to me, but this sounds slightly weird and interesting, if only in the at odds description of a western road trip juxtaposed to that pink pink bottle! I am still looking for a scent to justify a pink bottle, so that is not exactly a criticism. 🙂
I don’t know…the leaves smell weird, but presumably this is the wood…and possibly it’s just a fantasy ingredient anyway.
I’ve never noticed any particular smell to Joshua trees. Even the flowers barely have a smell.
It would not surprise me if the upcoming Coachella Festival factored into the timing of this release. The western ‘inspiration’, the pink-loving members of the target market, and the house’s name which can easily show up in a online search for the event name. This’ll be all over social media.
Yes, good point, and the one video ad I’ve seen so far looks like just that market.
