Lazy weekend poll ~ open thread, late June 2019

Posted by Robin on 29 June 2019 259 Comments

Our standard weekend open thread poll. Talk about anything you like — the fragrance you’re wearing today, the fragrance you own but just can’t find, whatever.

The daily lemming

Posted by Robin on 28 June 2019 Leave a Comment

Well well. From Mark Buxton, a Vetiver & Magnolia candle. A protective barrier

Posted by Robin on 28 June 2019 2 Comments

I use perfume to build a protective barrier between me and the world like a bewitching invisible cloak that protects and envelopes [sic] me, a sort of protective but obnoxious way of controlling the atmosphere which immediately surrounds me.

— Designer Edward Meadham writes about perfume, in Edward Meadham: The Power of Perfume at AnOther.
