It's Almost-Friday and Pickle Day and World Diabetes Day. What fragrance are you wearing?
I'm wearing Allure Homme Édition Blanche, one of those rare flankers that is better than the original pillar fragrance.
Reminder: on 11/15, wear a fragrance by Chanel, if you have one. (This is a repeat from 2014.)
And for those of you who like to plan ahead, see Scent of the day ~ Friday community projects 2019, where I'll try to always have the next five or six weeks mapped out in advance.
Note: top images are from Chanel Pharrell (2019), "an urban capsule collection highlighting Pharrell Williams' longterm relationship with the House".
That is a very nice Chanel, Robin. I’ve never tried Allure Homme, but have sprayed the Blanche more than once.
I’m in the very un-Chanel Enlèvement au Sérail from Parfums MDCI. I love it and fortunately it is no longer evaporating since transfer to another bottle.
Tea is MF Marco Polo.
I need to do the same with a few evaporating decants. Glad you were able to rescue your Elèvement. Sadly my Profumum Rosae Mundi was ruined from the evaporation/oxidation.
My Enlèvement actually evaporated from the original bottle. It’s odd, because I also own a bottle Promesse which has so far shown no evidence of evaporation at all.
Ugh, don’t get me started on spoiling decants…
I’m wearing New Haarlem from a sample. I get no coffee from this, but I do have a sinus infection.
Oh no, sorry PriscillaE!
Feel better soon!
Hope you feel better soon, you certainly smell great 🙂
Feel better soon!
I need to go smell that Chanel, Robin – it sounds lovely. Today I was thinking about Sycomore, but either I used up my little decant long ago or its remains evaporated because all that’s left are dregs. So I did a 180 and went with Ummagumma. Wow, do I love this stuff. I’m just now noticing that it shares a bit of DNA with Kerosene’s Broken Theories, another love. Happy Friday Eve, all.
Interesting, will have to wear them both together!
Im wearing 31 Rue Cambon. Ive had this bottle for years and I love it in winter.
Started Xmas shopping and tried Loccitane´s new home sprays, gorgeous. Also tried the By Terry rose body oil, soooo expensive but gorgeous. Theres no way Ill buy it though!
U smell exquisite Gabriela, I wore 31 Rue Cambon to a job interview on Tuesday, a very cold day and it was perfect. Sadly it was the last few spritzes in a decant that I have eeked out for a couple of years, and I’m sad I won’t be able to replace it.
Still I am in training, and in 18 months when I’ve taken my exams I am going to buy a bottle to celebrate my achievements!
I would happily send you a big sample but Im in Europe!
Wrapped in a beautiful cloud of Chanel Cuir de Russie, EdT. Love it!
I am saving that one for tomorrow, I think–you smell fantastic.
Thank you!?
Yum!! I think CdR is amazing. Maybe I’ll spritz when I get home!!
It is gorgeous! Enjoy it later on!
Cuir de Russie in edt form is fabulous. I remember trying the EDP and found it lacking.
I have not tried the EdP and I am not so eager to, after not so many positive comments about all Les Exclusifs EdP.
You are smelling good!
Thank you, Austenfan!
So perfect
Thank you!
80’s Opium today, perfect for the cold rainy day. Man, do I love that hit of clove! I didn’t sleep very well last night so I’m looking forward to the sillage mixing with my first coffee.
Have a great day, all!
Another yum! Enjoy your coffee ☕️
Nice!
Good reminder to wear it again, you smell great
Wearing Coco today, made me think of Opium. You smell wonderful! I stopped wearing Opium when a coworker claimed it as her own, but have always loved it.
You smell wonderful! Hope you get some rest soon.
Wow, that 80’s Opium sounds fantastic.
Finally remembered the CP today! My only Chanel is 19 Poudre. I tried wearing this last summer, but it just clashed with the weather. Winter is much better for this one.
Wearing the new Jo Malone Rose & Magnolia. It’s a typical Jo Malone with that sharp brightness on the opening, but I am enjoying the patchouli-lite base under the fresh rose and magnolia.
that sounds lovely!
I really like The patchouli in Jo Malones. It’s dry and herbal instead of sweet and funky.
Continuing the basic mass market stuff. Finishing up Infusion d’Iris with a puff of Pleasures on top. Can’t go wrong there.
SotD is Coco edp.
I smell fancy for a day of cleaning.
Fancy indeed!
?
Smelling great twin !
Woo hoo!??♀️
Beautiful!
Thanks! You inspire me yesterday.?
Inspired.?
Lovely, the perfect antidote for cleaning!
Ha- yes!
Triplets with you and lilyjo.
Woo hoo for triplets!???
It is coolish (for Miami) so decided to smell like the world’s poshest gingerbread house in Bois des Iles parfum.
Good description in my opinion.
I will be joining you in Bois des Iles tomorrow!
We’ve had rain in Broward since yesterday afternoon. Just spent 3 hours at Tree Tops park in it. I love a steady drizzle in cooler weather.
No Chanels in this house! Off topic in Olfactive Studio Panorama. I think I liked Close-Up better. I have two weeks off in two weeks’ time. But to get there…
Two weeks sounds lovely, you can make it!
Just around the corner!
briefly participating in the CP in 28 La Pausa edt 🙂
Briefly being the key word!
Indeed 😀
Less than briefly, I would say!
Aka “8-spray La Pausa”, as tagged by Hajusuuri.
I’m in Cuir de Russie edp from a sample. I don’t know when or if I’ve tried this before, but I know I’ll be wearing it again! Jeepers, but this is fiiiine.
Beautiful!
Hello twin! I am wearing the EdT. How do you compare them?
I’ve not tried the edt, sorry! But the edp is truly lovely to my nose.
I’ll add my 2 cents- the edt smelled more “horse stable ” to me than the edp. I thought the edp was deeper and smokier, and I personally preferred it to the edt (which didn’t really work for me).
More “horse stable” sounds great to me! I definitely need to try it then. Thank you!
I meant the EDT smelled more like a horse stable to me ? The EDP much less so (which was a positive change for me). I like the smell of a horse stable when I’m in one, I just don’t want to smell like one ?
Oh! My mistake when reading. Still I think the EdP will be worth trying!
the EDT barnyard-iness was interesting but i also prefer the EDP. But ideally i want the parfum 😀
CdR EDT was barnyard. When I read horse stable, I thought stable was as in shelf-stable and therefore, tamer than the EDP ? so thanks for the explanation!
Good morning Y’all….
Smelling posh and polished in Lancome Tresor. The peach note has softened and I’m all sandalwoody and vanillary and powdery! 🙂
Love Tresor. You smell so pretty
I have not worn Tresor in a while. Thanks for reminding me I need to bring my bottle to the front of my cabinet.
Tresor is so pretty! ?
Chanel N°5 in various forms: Vtg edt, edp and l’eau. Rainy today and cold. Will take it!!
Wow! Fabulous!
Wow, I’ll bet you smell wonderful! ?
Going steady in Eau Premiere.
Aww, I know you two are happy together! ?
That’s a good one to go steady with. I love it too.
I think I’m in No. 5 L’Eau Premiere today from an unmarked decant…. I probably should turn in my perfumista card, because I’m not sure. I’ve just never been a big No. 5 girl, so I can’t necessarily recognize it from sniffing…. if my sister were here, she’d know. She only wears the original. It’s pretty much her signature,
I have some mystery samples myself, LizzieB. Maybe we should have a mystery sample week. Wear all of our unlabeled stuff, describe and hope someone can help identify them!
Great idea!
Great idea!
Commando at the moment… But I would not mind being in a Chanel perfume later:).
I’m looking for natural cleaners that don’t smell too bad/strong but that are still effective. I know there is the Method line and the Meyers line..any others? I can smell perfume all day long but some of these household cleaners? Umm no.
Thanks in advance:).
I think the 7th Generation ones are a bit less scented than Method, which I find a bit less scented than Mrs Meyers.
I like 7th Generation but I’m also a fan of plain vinegar and water.
I use 7th Generation and vinegar/water to clean as well. Also baking soda.
Thanks guys, will check out 7th Gen. I got some Ever Spring stuff..very scented in an essential oil type way. Not bad but a bit much. And the Scentiva by Clorox..nice smelling for about 30 seconds till whatever is in it starts to kinda just become toxicy.
I think I had one from Natural Grocers which was good..might go back to that one too. And I always forget about plain ol’ vinegar. Thanks guys:).
I have not a single Chanel. Instead, I’m going with Calligraphy Saffron, for it’s golden warmness.
I bought this some weeks ago, a really great scent for a great price
It’s a pity that the Calligraphy series is/was so hard to find here in the States. I never saw it in any of the department stores.
My arrival of my split -meet fragrance is disrupting the CP
Vetiver Tonka….a Hermes love at first sniff
Ooh, that’s a good one! You smell marvelous.
Thank you!
Oh, I’m glad you finally got it! You smell great today. ?
I am feeling cozy with this scent and a nose in a book today
I have a sample and I cherish it!
I am not afraid to admit that Hermes as a perfume house has never blew my socks (nose) off, and most of JCE scents don’t last but a NY minute on me, but this one is different. It’s fresh without being over powerful, yet last on my scent eating skin.
It also has a little sillage on me, but not much
Glad your split arrived, and that it’s love!?
yes!
I tried this one on the skin a while back, I loved it up I often stick my nose up in the air at Hermes! HA!
When it was offered during the split meet I was so fortunate..jumped on it!
When you get a chance I sent you an email madtowngirl
Well, no snow yet…we skipped straight to freezing rain. Very glad to live only a few minutes from work.
SOTD is Montale’s Intense Cafe, which is neither, but “actually, it’s a rose!” is a welcome surprise as far as I’m concerned. It goes well with my tea this morning from The Spice and Tea Exchange of Anchorage – their Victorian Chai, which is also a floral by another name, adding rose and lavender to chai-spiced earl grey.
Freezing rain, ugh! Your tea sounds delicious.
I hate freezing rain. Stay safe out there!
Be careful out there….I can handle snow if I have to but ice is the worst 🙁
Yuck! Freezing rain is the worst!
Oddly enough, I found a sample of Allure Homme Sport in my untested samples, probably from getting a mixed sample lot off ebay a few years ago. Totally not my thing
Well, I’d likely never try anything with “sport” in the name, so points to you for trying it!
Sotd is Coco edp. Every time I wear this, I wonder why I am still searching for the perfect perfume. My version is about 5 years old, and it’s still perfect. Conceding, not as perfect as the original, but still.. one of the bests ever!
You smell wonderful!
Thank you! Like Madtowngirl, I was inspired by you?
How cosy you smell. I have a strange relation with Coco. For years I have been an EDT aficionado, then a few months ago I spritzed the EDP at a counter and found it more interesting than I remembered, so I bought a bottle which turned out to be a vintage by chance, and fortunately I still find it interesting.
PS I got your email, Lillyjo and I have answered it earlier this evening
Vintage by chance! You must be related to Coumarin!
Will email you back after work.
You smell great, twin! Glad to hear someone else is searching for the perfect perfume. That’s how I fell down the rabbithole, I was looking for a new signature scent, discovered perfume blogs, luckyscent, decant sites…and the rest is history, lol.
It’s funny how many perfect scents we can find. It all depends on the day but Coco for me is one of the few I always go back to.
You smell wonderful, of course, Coco is the closest I’ve ever been to having a signature scent, I wore it exclusively for a few years. Still love it.
It’s so nice when a perfume really works for you.
It sounds like Coco EdP is a perfume that you should always have in your stash.
Definitely!
Hi all, SOTD is vintage Chanel No. 19 extrait.
Twins, I am wearing vintage EDT. I have the vintage extrait too but wanted to keep it casual.
You smell wonderful!
And so do you 🙂
I would just LOVE to take a look at, and sniff your vintage collection.
Would love to have perfumistas over for a sniff of my collection and some tea. 😀
Oh, YUM! You smell fabulous! ?
Wearing Coromandel for this chilly day. Out to lunch with a friend right now.
You smell great!
Twins! We smell terrific 🙂
I think there is a “quad squad” for Coromandel today.
Ha!
I had a craving for Geisha Noir this morning so that’s my SOTD!
When you have a craving you should always follow your ❤️nose
Oh, that one is wonderful, especially for the cold weather! You smell(ed) great today. ?
One of my favs! You smell perfect!
Chanel Paris-Venise today. Smells fantastic in the cold of autumn afternoon.
I liked that one too, although I thought the Deauville one was the nicest! They have a Christmas gift set at Nordstrom’s that I’ve been eyeing.
I think I liked the Deauville one the best as well when I sniffed the original set of Eaux. I haven’t come across the newest one yet, but I’m not in a hurry to smell it either. I figure I have time.
Twins!
You smelled so good today!
Chanel 1957 thanks to Hajusuuri!
I loved that one so much, I drained my decant in a week! You smell lovely!
Currently:
Fragrance: Elizabeth W Sweet Tea (mostly gone, though)
Tea: Harney & Sons White Vanilla Grapefruit*
Sparkly water: grapefruitbubly
Reading:
-Jitterbug Perfume (a re-read)
-Seeing Trees (by Nancy Ross Hugo, photography by Robert
Llewellyn)**
* Delightful stuff. Introduced to it in Phoenix on a cool day when I needed tea, and asked the waiter what he liked. This was his recommendation, and I ordered a medium bag of it as soon as I got home. If I found a fragrance like this tea, I would be All Over It.
** Barely started, but I can say the photography is gorgeous. I’ve had the sitting around book for a while, always promising myself I would crack it out in winter.
I love your matching day!
Thank you! The matching was largely unintentional, so evidently my mind is working in a single track today…which I’m fine with, since all Thursdays should involve tea, grapefruit, a bit of vanilla (and ok, chocolate that I didn’t mention)
First, just uggggghhhhhhh about the shooting here in Santa Clarita this morning. I am listening to the news and I feel just sick about it. The news is very sad.
I have loads of Chanels, especially if you count decants. But today I am in Ella by Arquiste–I *might” have gone a little nuts with the Beautyhabit 20% off sale a week ago after I learned I missed out on Le Cri… This shopping therapy was naughty that I’ve shoved most of it under the bed and am rationalizing that it will go as holiday gifts… but the Ella I opened, along with the GWPs, which included several fun perfumes. Ella is one of those that has been on my “buy” list for a while.
Work is churning along, and I smell wonderful in this truly unisex jasmine and rose (my take on this scent is a little different from Angela’s 2016 review), but gosh the news from Santa Clarita is twisting my stomach.
Sorry about the news, keep safe, I bet you smell lovely.
My stomach is doing the same dance as yours.
I talked myself out of blind buying Ella, you are talking me back in ?
Does it have ambroxan in the drydown though?
Hmmm… it does list “ambergris” in the notes… I really cannot say if I notice it. There were some Aftel fragrances that I found a little tough, where she used some ambergris–I think she uses the real stuff?.
I will send you a decant! Def don’t buy blind!!!
Ok I won’t, I think I missed the sale anyway, I’ve just always been interested in it. Thanks!
Truly sickening news. I’m glad you are enjoying your new perfume.
I was also very upset about Santa Clarita. I stayed glued to the news most of the day. Hugs.
Vintage Gucci No3, bought for cheap on ebay. I like it a lot, but sadly it does not last long on me.
Today my vintage Cinnabar arrived. My mother wore this in the early 80ies, i feel a bit nostalgic. Nowadays she does not wear perfume anymore, because her sense of smell is not good anymore.
Tomorrow i will wear one of my vintage Chanel scents, still dont know which to choose.
My mother always wore perfume. She wore Youth Dew, L’Air du Temps, and later on, Tresor. Recently I took her some (to the assisted living place) and she said “Oh no, I’ve never been one for perfume.” It made me very sad. So many things about her are becoming lost.
Oh Calypso, this post made me tear right up. I’m so sorry. Hugs to you.
Oh I am sorry about that. Maybe another time the perfumes will strike her differently.
I’m sorry Calypso, I feel your pain from taking care of my own parents, now just my mom. I think of old age as a series of doors closing, one after another. My mother wears L’air du Temps, too.
Aw, Calypso. Your post echoes the experience I am having with my mother. I see mental things eroding away whenever I visit. There are so many things that only I remember now.
Oh Jalapeno, your last sentence resonates so much. I’m sorry.
Gosh that is tough. I feel sad for both of you.
My mom at 93 has lost her sense of smell as well. She still wears her Organza, but it is for others, she can’t smell it. Ringthing’s analogy of doors closing one after another is so apt.
Same for my mom, she can’t smell things very well any more. She used to smell fabulous in L’Air du Temps and Bal à Versailles.
I adore Gucci, L’ Arte d’ Gucci and Gucci No. 3 were both exquisite roses.
I’ve got a job interview this afternoon, and have been thinking about what perfume to wear. Then I saw Mayfly’s comment about wearing 31 Rue Cambon for her interview and that inspired me!
Good luck! Break a leg! You’ll smell like a winner in that!
Good luck!
Super good luck!
Good luck! ☘
Go get ’em! ?
Good luck, hope the 31 rue Cambon helped!
Good luck, scent twin!
Well, I sorted through two big shoeboxes of old samples to find whatever Chanels I might have forgotten I had, and came up with two small and almost empty decants: No. 18 and Cuir de Russie. I took off their caps and dumped the few remaining drops on my hands (separately of course). Very nice! Cuir de Russie is much easier to like, with its musky notes not too dominant to my nose (I have the EDT). The No. 18 is a really strange one though. The decant doesn’t say which version I have but I’m sure it’s very old, possibly even ten years or so. It’s dry and kind of has a sour note to it, but something there is rather tangy and enticing. Must be the ambrette, I guess. I get no florals at all, nor any fruits. My first thought was that it smelled like toast! It’s not my thing, but it’s definitely worth the experience of trying it. We have a dreary rainy day here and I have to take one kitty to the vet this afternoon because he’s doing very poorly lately. His appetite is way off and he acts kind of depressed. He is only three but he’s FIV+ and so I’m quite worried about him. I suspect he’s got some bad teeth problems which –> $$$. Sigh. I will have to decide whether to spend the next thousand dollars on his teeth or my own (I need a new crown badly on a lower molar).
Awww, hope your kitty is better soon!
Oh no! Fingers crossed that you get good news with your ailing kitty.
Sending healing vibes to your kitty.
I hope your kitty gets better soon. I put off getting my crown, because I needed new tires, and ended up not being able to save the tooth, why we can’t have affordable dental care, I don’t know.
It drives me nuts that medical insurance doesn’t cover ALL the parts of your body!
Thanks everyone. My kitty has stomatitis and has to have all his teeth removed. For now, he was given an antibiotic and steroid shot to reduce inflammation and help him heal, and he should feel more like eating.
He will feel so much better without those teeth. Healing vibes.
Oh, what a good owner you are to have prioritize your cat’s health over yours. Fingers crossed after the procedure he will be fine and won’t need a vet for years.
I hope the vet is able to help your kitty! It always feels awful when pets are sick.
We spent a bundle on our Shih Tzu’s teeth In her last few years with us. I can empathize with facing that kind of a bill.
We need good pet news here ( as I jump up & down emphatically) so I am hoping you catch it!
awww, poor kitty. I hope you find out what’s happening with him. SmokeyToes sends his regards. =^ . ^=
Hope kitty is feeling better soon.
I had to go to the balcony to retrieve my No 19 EDT, discovered I have 2 50ml grey and gold canisters of vintage, at the time I hadn’t even realized that they were both vintage, I kind of like it when this happens.
Balcony…?
Inquiring minds want to know!?
Indeed!
Yes, I must admit it’s a bit strange to store unused perfume on a balcony but it is very large and long and the perfume chest is in the coolest and darket corner.
I gave more details to madtowngirl, I didn’t know there would be enquiries 🙂
I store the part of the collection I am not currently using in a chest on my balcony which is the length of the apartment, you all make me realize it’s a little odd.
Not odd, it seems pretty awesome! I think we are always looking for new ways to store perfume.
It is just a testament to all the great listening skills & observational abilities of our group. Kinda cute all the way ‘round.
Wow, treasure indeed!
It’s a bonus, but I also like the modern which is less warm in the drydown to my nose.
Oh wow… 2 vintage No. 19’s!
It was originally the nice canisters that made me buy them, but it means I’d have to look for identical bottles to refill it and not sure I could find vintage refill easily. I like the modern No19 too, less warm in the drydown, more summery.
IKR!!
Nice find!
I must admit it’s a bonus, realized when I look at the ingredients list (just water, perfume, no list of allergens), but I really like modern No19 with it cooler notes to my nose, ideal for summer. I suppose I should have both vintage and modern (sigh) 🙂
Today I am wearing the lovely Clinique Blue Sky Neroli. I bought this earlier this year to take on vacation. It is such a small bottle (0.5 oz), that I forget it is present on my perfume tray. I moved it to the front, and plan on wearing it more.
Oh, I forgot about that set — never even tried it. So it’s a good neroli?
Box of Eels for me today … so lovely.
So lovely indeed!
Smelling gorgeous!
It’s definitely “purdy”!
This is one I’ve never smelled, but I have no doubt you smell lovely ?
You smell beautiful Petunia.
I pressed repeat today. Winter Palace.
New perfume loves are so much fun!
In Chanel Pour Homme, a rather under appreciated lavender centric gem.
And this is just all kinds of incorrect! That is what happens when one tries to post and rescue a tree frog from the plant room and get ready for work. Note to self: pick one! Chanel Pour Monsieur, a beautiful neroli, verbena, clean cedar wonder. I know it was created in the 1950’s and I can only imagine how lovely the vintage must be.
Your post made me LOL!
Well if you pick one, the tree frog has to win!
Poor little frog. I am sure it came in as unwilling cargo when I moved all the tropical Bonsai into the house on Monday. I found a good spot in the yard with adequate moisture, leaf cover and some insects! Frog is free!
Well I *was* wearing 28 La Pausa, but now it’s just the teensiest whisper, even on my shirt. Yesterday was No. 19 parfum from a sample that’s at least 8 years old and smells amazing.
Smelling great the past couple of days!
Coromandel today, just because. My little decant is almost empty so I’m using it up before it evaporates.
Hiya scent twin!
?? we smell marvelous!
Triplets. I assume you’re wearing the EDT?
Yes, it’s heavenly.
I see I’m joining some other folks here in Cuir de Russie (edt). So niiiiice. And we are having nice cool gray weather, too, though still no rain…! C’mon rain!!
My new Bruno Fazzolari samples are out for delivery today, looking forward to trying those.
I could use a rainy day. They’re rare around here.
Mine are on the way too! They all sound interesting.
I tried one last nite, Vdravetz. I love the artwork. It had an opening similar to original Audela…then the medicinal note that was fig like to my nose and had some serious longevity. ( maybe my skin only? I am not sure fig does well on me.)The rose and geranium went well together, it was slightly spicy and tart. Vote: Undecided yet. Please let me know how it fairs on you.
SOTD = Coromandel EdT again. When it’s right, it is SO right! Looking forward to the far drydown of this again tonight. YUM! ?
Woo hoo Twin!
High five!
So good!
It is! I will be sad when I thunk my sample, but happy that it was used up, as perfume should be.
So true. It’s more sad when we don’t use them.
I am in Coco Noir today, I took my shower with the Coco Noir shower gel which is amazing and then a couple of sprays of the edp.
I love my Thursdays since I have language class in the morning at the privacy of my home and I don’t have to work.
You smell great
Sounds like a great day. 🙂
SOTD = Les Exclusifs de Chanel Coromandel EDT
… and got a compliment. I wore 28 La Pausa level ?. The admin came around and ask who’s wearing patchouli and of course I said moi! So hopefully it wasn’t a backhanded compliment because she followed it up by saying she has patchouli oil and she loves it but she can’t wear it to the office because it is very strong. I told her what I was wearing and also said I will give her a sample.
In other news…so far so good with the package receiving service. I had ordered a bunch of things and I have not encountered an issue! It’s worth it for peace of mind. If I break down the cost, it comes out to $1 per day.
How clever you were to offer a sample!
Love perfume compliments!
Hello scent twin! Based on what you posted, I think that the perfume compliment you received was a sincere one. Maybe that person is looking for a work-safe patchouli?
I think Jalapeno is right, she wants to find a work-safe patchouli and you are right on track with Coromandel.
31RC for a day of housework haha. There’s just so many good Chanels it’s very difficult to choose one some days! This one is really hitting the spot today!
If your SOTD is hitting the spot, then that means you picked the right one for today! Just my $0.02.
When does your new job start?
Not sure! It’s a tedious process- background check and drug screening and security briefings etc. I’ve taken care of all of that this week so hopefully they’ll get all the results back early next week and I’ll get my start date. I’m ready!!!
Love It.You smell divine.
Wearing some vintage Chanel 19 edt tonight.
Had to train my supervisor today on one of my accounts. Thankfully he’s very hands-on and gets it so i feel a bit better about it. I’m off tomorrow, getting some long-overdue lowlights and highlights in my hair plus a trim. One more day of work on Monday, woo hoo!
Woohoo for one more work day, and highlights ! So will you be coming to the u.s next week?
Yes! We will be there on Tuesday! Can’t wait..
Whee! Sunny holidays!!
Exactly! whee..?
You smell wondering and yay for getting your hair done!
Commando today, but maybe I’ll put a perfume on at bedtime. My folks and I were in Robin’s town today. Well, Dad dropped Mom and I off at the super-Walmart on Route 1 and went into town to pick up something at Big Lots. We found much of what we wanted at that Walmart.
I hadn’t realized that Route 52 and part of Route 100 (or what used to be labeled Route 100?) were closed off from the south of us to a southern section of 926. Now we know. I wouldn’t drive on 926 at night. I saw a herd of deer grazing in a meadow near the road as we went along, and I remember seeing herds of deer in various spots near 926 years ago. We got back home just before dark.
Oh, tea this morning was PG Tips.
Those deer; not sure what is going on this year! For the last 2 months we had deer hanging out on the side of the road (or on the road) on the way to work. I live in the city, about 10 minutes from my job! Like yours, they graze close to the road and can spring out at any second. Don’t want to have a close-up meeting with them, ever!
My hubby had to do some defensive driving to avoid a Mom and 2 babies; thankfully he was a driving instructor in another life. The ‘Dad’ had already made it across the road and was on the other side! lol.
The same thing is happening here. I live in the city, and recently saw a mom and two babies grazing across the street by McDonald’s! I was so nervous for them.
I had a very wacky day.
I reached MFK540 Rouge extrait and it was delightful.
I sometimes get anosmic to my own perfumes especially this one. But I love it and can still detect it in my hair. Yay!
