This article addresses an exact thought i had this week! If the therapy part of aroma works on a neurological level even in combination with other aromachemicals. Interesting!
Yes and no for me. There is no one scent that reliably gives a guaranteed positive effect. I can spray on a perfume I love, but if it’s not just right for my mood or physical state that day, I can find it unpleasant. Wearing just the right scent on the right day can provoke pure bliss though.
