Maison Martin Margiela has launched Under The Lemon Trees, a new fragrance in the Replica series.
Maison Margiela's Under The Lemon Trees eau de toilette evokes the fresh, relaxing, and bright scent of citrus trees in Palermo, Italy. Featuring top notes of lime accord, petit grain, and cardamom, this fragrance is finished with a base of cedarwood, cistus, and white musks.
Additional notes include coriander, mate and green tea.
Maison Martin Margiela Under The Lemon Trees is available for pre-order at Barneys, $126 for 100 ml Eau de Parfum

That notes list is ?
Can’t wait til this comes to my local Sephora!
And score a free sample!
That was my first thought.
I like the list too. Don’t like the price for a basic citrus, but I’m cheap 🙂
Sounds quite lemmable
You mean “lemonable.” ; )
????
Ha!

I may be picky, but no citrus grove is complete without that incredible scent of its soil. The scent of the rotting leaves, flower and fruit mixed into the soil is absolutely heavenly. Dare I hope that they somehow nailed it?
Sitting at home wearing Promenade in the Gardens, having breakfast prior to my stint in a local children’s charity shop. I like a few of the Replica range – have mentioned here before wearing stronger than my usual taste fragrances during my Thursday shift as it’s nice to have a sniff if you’re dealing with a less than fragrant bag of donations, hence wearing Promenade…! Deciding whether to go to Glasgow for a gig at the end of January, so if I do go I will definitely look out for this new one in Frasers department store.
Another “gotta sample it” scent! I want to try the new Atelier lime one too…..
This one sounds really great!
