Ectoplasm (above left), new-ish from Lush, is really tempting even though I don't love their Shower Cream formula: "Lather up with this electric green cream packed with cocoa butter and almond oil to get spookily-soft skin. An invigorating combination of grapefruit, tangerine and mandarin orange conjure a sharply sweet aroma that'll shock you back to life. Get it before it leaves this dimension." Or, I'll wait for Cinders (above right) to get to the US: "Balls are overrated anyway; the party's in your shower with this sweet and spicy concoction of Brazilian orange oil, ginger, nutmeg and allspice powders and what better way to keep the magic alive than with skin-softening maple syrup?"

Cinders sounds great! I liked my last Lush body wash, Was Behind Your Ears. I think….
I adored Wash Behind Your Ears — if they bring it back, I am buying 2 large bottles.
So am I. I still have some left and am using it up slowly…
I would get some more as well. I just wish it had been a bit stronger, since the scent itself was great.
“Balls are overrated”
bwhahahahahahahaha!!!!
Sorry, my sense of humor is low-brow this morning. 😀
The ad copy is a surprise, but both of these sound like they smell great.
Well, I made it way worse by leaving out the first part about going to the ball — figured “Cinders” -> Cinderella would be clear enough, but hey, why not have a good morning laugh, right?
Oh, you beat me to it, ratchet as I am! 😀
Cinders does sound pretty delicious.
I got a shower gel of Deep Sleep the other day, just for kicks and grins. We will see…
I have not tried that one!
Love the lime and orange on clothes. I finally got sick of the psychedelic shower gel / cream colors. I gave away a large bottle of Lord of Misrule shower cream (although I wouldn’t say no to the perfume), the yucky yellow yuzu one and I only used the sample of the red Christmas sounding one once and threw away the rest. That said, although I am not supposed to be adding to my shower products collection, I will be buying the Chanel Paris-Deauville shower gel.
Oh fancy! I still need to find a place that has the new Chanels so I can give them a sniff.
Santa’s Christmas was arguably my least favorite Lush shower product ever.
Still working on finishing up Bubbly, which is a gel but just smells too much like grape story.
But they have made so many shower gels I adore that I forgive them for my stupid buying mistakes.
I have to spray down my shower with bleach water so that stains don’t set in!
It’s a shame that their shower gels are so drying, as the fragrances are mostly really good. I think I tried Ectoplasm last Saturday and liked it. They have come out with a lot of new bodylotions as well!
I don’t find the regular gels drying, but I don’t like the shower creams — even though they’re probably more moisturizing?
Never tried any of the shower creams, I don’t think.
I only rarely use shower gels anyway, I normally stick to very fat soap, so my skin is pampered 😉
Ectoplasm looks like fun, but Cinders sounds more like my jam!
