I tried it in the store, but not at home in the shower (yet). Smells exactly like Vanilla Coke syrup. Not as much pep or “carbonation” from the lime or pepper as I was expecting, but there is something blandly soothing about it. (It should be noted that, rather than wine, women and song, my major vice is full-calorie Coke – including all flavour flankers – and Dr. Pepper. As a liberal, foodie and general snob, I am embarrassed about this, but there it is. Otherwise, I am a salt-tooth, but I’ve never been able to quit pop.)
The hardest addiction I ever gave up was Diet Coke. Sounds like I need this.
I smelled it last week and got such a light Cola scent I passed. On another note, you said POP, you must be from the mid-west LOL
I’m also a full sugar pop gal, love root beer and all the kiddie fruity flavors, grape orange strawberry. I even had banana pop in the Caribbean. I rarely have it so I feel NO GUILT at all and neither should you. It’s a treat, enjoy it.
Now I am off to LUSH to buy some Snowcake soap! Somehow I managed to leave the store last week with gifts for others and not myself?
I’m Canadian, but we’re kind of like mid-westerners. Other nationalities seem to think we talk like Marge from Fargo, and we kind of do.
I so want to try this one, Berry Berry Christmas, and Oaty Creamy Dreamy, but I haven’t braved a trip to a Lush store yet.
I may have to make a quick Lush run, although hate going to the mall always, and especially near the holidays!
I will stop by the Herald Square Lush tomorrow. I’m, gasp, so over the Rose Jam love and need to move on…
I’ve been resisting my usual Lush order this holiday, because I have a large and unopened bottle of BS British Rose shower gel and thus can’t justify the Rose Jam, but this sounds good too, darn it.
I love the smell of cola so I was excited to sample this, but the strong cola top notes are a bit too sweet for me to feel comfortable and I didn’t like the way it smelled when it rinsed. Close, but not enough love to top my fav’s: Rose Jam and Lord of Misrule.
